Best subway I’ve ever had. The guy who did the closing shift on this date is actually a sandwich artists, don’t know how he made my regular sandwich so delicious. He was also very lovely so probably also my best experience as a customer at subway also. Atmosphere is only a 3 cos it’s just a subway, idk what there’s too say about that but it’s not really the kinda environment I wanna chill at. Anyways hope he gets a little bonus or something.

I had a bad experience today. The manager was not professional, and I had to pay extra charges that weren't told to me before. The service was bad and I don't want to go back.

I had ordered Pepperoni salad but found that the Sauce was very heavy and less cheese. There wasnt enough salad and less meat. Overall not happy at all. Thats a weird way of making the salad.Vegetarian options: vegeterian dishes are much better

We had ordered custom salad but found that there wasnt much cheese, meat was overcooked and above all it was too much saucy. I had decided to throw it away but since i paid, had to struggle a lot to eat. Staff were very busy and could not ask me politely as to what I really need. I understand that but there should be 3 staffs for serving and one for cash.overall not at all happy and I will not recommend my friends or family to visit again.

Clean place but two staff members couldn't do their jobs and the other woman (manager?) was correcting me and equally as unhelpful, good thing I don't live in Nottingham because this is the worst Subway I've ever been to

Stole money from me! Ill mannered staff. 20min queue. They short changed me then arguing with me in front of customers. Admitting that the change was incorrect, tried to argue that after taking my money they didn't have the proper change in the till. On top of that the ill mannered manageress told me it was card only restaurant. When ask why she took my money and had a till with change in it, she couldn't answer and gave me a flyer for me to take up my complain with head office.

Had one of the new "Series menu" where I got the "The Baller" sub and it seems to be a fixed menu option. I was allowed to swap out Peppers for Gherkins but they said I'd have to pay extra for sauce, and because my partner already paid they asked if I wanted to pay again. Sandwich would have been better with mayo but oh well. New series menu will probably crash and burn because Subway is meant to be all about having it your way...

Very poor customer service, the older lady at the till was just mean. They messed up multiple orders at the queue.Not really recommended, just go to the Detroit pizza across the street.
