Had lunch there with my husband today for the first time. Parked right outside. Food was served nice and hot, generous portions. My husband really enjoyed the baked sea bass. The staff we were very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning ?

Spent near to £100 for 4 people and didn’t find it value for money at all. Large cod was small with greasy batter, chips were dry and very anaemic, all the extras were expensive, £1.50 for a tiny pot of tartar sauce ( paid £6 for 4 didn’t get any! ). Do not understand the hype about this place, will not be going again. Definitely will stick to my local chip shops.

Food was good as expected. Slow service, about 25 mins for a takeaway. Also steep prices at about £14 for takeaway fish and chips. Not sure if the prices are the same to eat in.

Food was absolutely delicious, I had a few of the small plates and the calamari was particularly lovely. We went for my son's birthday, the staff were super helpful with the cake, the kids pack they give is by far the best one we've ever had from a restaurant. Couldn't have asked for a better evening.

Just had the driest and most tasteless piece of fish ever. Totally overcooked and the batter was rock hard. Won’t go again!!! Not a patch on the Wolds
