Family run pub, great owners, service with a smile, great for sports, two pool tables, 8+ TV screens inside, a projector in the back garden for the summer with a great BBQ, wide variety of drinks, small car park at the rear but easily accessible from front or back plus they do decent food I would say the food is a solid 4/5 only reason why I wouldn't rate it 5/5 is because it not fine dining but what you pay for and what you get is worth a 4/5 burger chips pint Panini nachos breakfast...read full review
Now there is obviously something wrong with this place that I must not be aware of! I say that because I used to go in here for plenty of lunchtime drinks and a bite to eat and sometimes in the early evening after work, but there was very rarely ANYONE else in there, maybe one or two at most. Nice little boozer. Good pool tables. Good place to watch sport. Food not bad. Nice friendly atmosphere. Places like this are nice to have around and are sadly disappearing from our communities. Plus the pub dog is awesome!
