visited this put today ordered vegetable lasagna and salad the meal was disgusting barly any lasagne in the bowl other order was sausage and mash woth onion rings mash was not fresh portion size again was rediculas and my coffee tasted like water I would not recommend this pub as I said to the bloke behind the bar morrisons cafe is better value better food and better coffee £15 wasted

We booked a table for 13 adults (+1 baby) for a meal to relax and enjoy the night before my son's wedding, On arrival we were rudely informed that there was no table and as they were so busy (there were some tables available) they couldn't seat us for another hour.and it would have to be outside. we showed them our email confirmation but they could not care less. Our party included a 4 month old and 2 elderly ladies - sitting outside was not a option. We were told to 'order a drink and wait' - we declined this offer and promptly left!

Worst meal ever. Me and my partner who is vegan.. ordered a meal each. They had no chips or potatoes for the vegan meal sk gave him rice. I ordered a steak medium rare. Mine came out burnt with all the wrong sides which were like burnt scraps. My partners chilli and burger was completely frozen. Tried to offer us a new meal but told us to wait for another few hours for this.Awful.

Worst meal ever. hunters chichen, raw covered in BBQ sauce. rushed it. came with hard chips and peas. sent it back. waited for fresh one, while everyone ate theres. came back pretty simular. chocolate fudge cake dry. absolute waste of money.

Visited the pub whilst in the area visiting family and only have positives to say! Couldn’t get a table online using the app on the website, but called and they were happy to accommodate the table of 4 adults and 4 children at the time we needed. The food was great, really good quality for the price and a great selection for both adults and kids. However the service was most definitely the biggest positive. All staff really welcoming and helpful, but have to give the manager Rich a mention. Not only did he arrange more side orders for the kids but also took the time to check that we had enjoyed our meals and sat down with us and engaged in conversation. Would definitely return when in the area again.

Haven't been to the king and miller for ages. Was in the area and gave it a go today 3pm.. never again..The chips were overcooked and full of grease. Onion rings raw and floppy, eggs very over cooked, that was 1 meal.. the prawn sizzler tastless, garlic bread not cooked.. very simple ready meal food which someone didn't know how to cook.. wouldnt eat there again. Its gone down hill in the last few years. Could say worse meal we have ever had.

40th Wedding Anniversary Celebration, they were very accommodating and the staff were both friendly and quick to help. Food was piping hot and plentiful.We could order at the bar or via their online ordering service which was nice as I've got enough apps on my phone already.All in all a Brilliant day was had by everyone.Thank you King and Miller we will be back again soon.

Used to love this place for food , was always great service and food was lovely . Went yesterday for some lunch husband had mixed grill , all of his meat was burnt to a crisp, along with my double hunters chicken. Felt like swallowing razor blades . Lady asked how our meal was the meat was left and we told her how disappointing it was and it was charcoaled and dry to her reply “ oh no “ walked away and carried on serving other tables . Won’t go again . The only photo I managed to get of the meat on my plate ??
