Ordered a burger with no salad got salad, ordered a wrap with cheesy chips just got chips, rung up to be told that to have our order corrected we had to pay, manager is rude, and should not be within a kitchen embarrassing customer service and embarrassing meal preparation

Ordered a jacket potaoe with cheese and beans and i got some sort of magked chilli or boloneges and cheese jacket potatoe insteadQuality was terrible and it overprices doe to its presintation not only that i found a dead fly in the salad

We ordered chicken from you last night and you really need to check your chicken! It’s off and needs throwing away! I’ve had my mum up all night throwing it up who’s now badly in bed and all she ate was that chicken! smelt horrible and tasted as bad as it smelt, also your chips taste like they been cooked then left and then warmed up!!! SORT IT OUT!!!!

Used to be really good but the chips went downhill couple years ago and haven’t been very good ever since. Very tough to chew. Not nice at all and makes eating the takeaway feel like a chore, when it should be enjoyable. Recommend eating elsewhere
