And an exceptionally very nice clean smart inside fresh air clean and good Costa style decor ... excellent !
And tops polite patient service as I waited for my app taking a long time to wake up.
Excellent 5 stars definitely today Wed 16th October 4pm, to staff on duty and who keeps this cafe so nice good ! ...nice tuneful cheering audio too.

“Great food and very professional apart from one employee ages ago, he acted as if I was weird and made him uncomfortable even though I was literally just asking for an order. He got my order wrong, though I was too uncomfortable to ask again. He made me think I was unintelligible and it was very alienating really, I used to get bullied really badly for how I sound so he made me already low self esteem even lower. I wish I complained about this then. I hope you give your colleagues sensitivity training, seems like you do since I've had no problems since (and hes probably been let go or moved on to another job) it used to make going into Greggs an awkward nightmare for me”
