Looking at the staff, a completely racist workplace as not 1 English worker in there. Wouldn't really be bothered but all staff are so rude and service is poor.

Had a couple of issues with this place so no longer go as papajohns just down the road so much better.Collected a pizza which was burnt and the last time I went I could see my order on the side ready but was totally ignored even when I was trying my best to get their attention but they simply ignored me when i kept saying excuse but my orders there ready.I was stood there several minutes before they gave me my order with no apology.There was another customer waiting witnessing it all who found it funny and even apologised to me for laughing but as she said it was as though your invisible the way their ignoring you!Needless to say o wont be going back

Domino's Sutton in Ashfield. Happy to take your money whilst their equipment was broken, but refused to issue refunds and deal with disgruntled customers. While I waited in store the manager constantly walked away when I requested a refund and he also failed to deal with other customers who were also waiting to be refunded. I have never known customer care like it. The branch were still taking online orders and telephone orders even though they could not honour the said orders! The area manager arrived and just stayed in the office at the back of the store, refusing to deal with the issue and refusing to deal with customers (ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC). Looks like I will be contacting my bank to ask for a chargeback. AVOID.

Don't read it apply customisations... Not enough sauce, even when extra sauce is ordered and paid for.

Terrible customer service.I called the store after the Dominos App had said my order was delivered when it hadn't been.The person I spoke to on the phone rudely told me it was on the way, then hung up on me before I could say anything else.After another 45 minutes of waiting I called again, and the same person said they will remake the order and sent it out to me.After waiting yet another hour, I called the store and spoke to the same person. This time he feigned ignorance and pretended to not remember me calling twice before.In the end the store did not give me my order, or even a refund. I had to contact Domino's Customer Care team to get my money back.I will never order from this store again.

I would give less than one star if I could. We placed an order tonight and received an order confirmation at 7.54pm. At 8.23pm our order said it had been delivered on the app, but it wasn't anywhere to be seen and there was no knock at our door.We rang the restaurant and asked where it was and without even checking the guy flippantly kept repeating "it's on the way, it's on the way" and my husband couldn't get much more of a word in before the phone was down. We understand that they are busy, but he was just plain rude. Another 40minutes go by and still no order arrives. We ring again and say we don't have our order and the same guy agrees to remake and send our order again. Nearly another hour goes by after this and still no order arrives. We call again and the same guy acts like we never called in the first place! Said something about sending a driver out and put the phone down. I called back to say we didn't understand and to clarify what was happening and again said he would remake it and kept saying "fine, fine", he had a rubbish attitude and sounded like we were putting them out or something and again the phone was down with no goodbyes and not once in any of these calls did the guy apologise. I called back for a refund straight after that and told him to leave the food. We will NEVER order from domino's again and have put in a complaint.Atrocious customer service!

I have never had any problems with this dominos before, but tonight was horrendous…The pizza app said it was delivered and it wasn’t and when it arrived it 30 minutes later it was stone cold and they hadn’t even bothered to cut it..they left mushroom on when I asked for it to be removed.. not sure what’s going off but they need to sort it..
