Went tonight for my sons 6th birthday, my partner had booked it this morning but the member of staff that she spoke to had not booked us down but no bother as there was plenty of tables empty. The staff was brilliant when they came to your table but with them now doing take away, that now seems to be their main focus. It wasn't very busy tonight either as most tables was empty. So deliveries definitely take priority. Sort this out and it'll be spot on.

I haven't been to a Frankie and Bennys for some time. The Mansfield one is very nice and very clean. Food was good to fair. I just wish either the portions were bigger or the price less. For a £75 dinner for a family of 4 I felt a little disappointed in the overall experience for the cost.

The food is lovely and now theres a new menu it's even better. My partner has to have the gluten free menu and there is so much choice on there as well. Steven was our server, he was lovely, friendly and helpful; as are all the staff. We have become regulars here as we love the food and the service. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back for more amazing food.

Food was exceptional. I ordered chicken and ribs while the wife had the chicken. We also ordered pizza for our little girl All came out lovely and hot. The waitress Tanya was very accommodating and even asked about allergies. I would recommended this restaurant. It's a shame.were only passing g through or we would be back.
Nicola was great! Really lovely warm service. We had a coupon which was applied with grace, our server Nicola was friendly and helpful with recommendations and great with our 1 year old too! The food is the quality I expected, not great but not offensive. Come back for the friendly service though!

8 of us for birthday lunch. Service was good. We had bench style seating at a long table up to the wall at one end, which made it difficult to socialise with everyone. The food options were varied. Tea was served as a cup of hot water and a teabag on the side. Can't get a decent cuppa that way! The staff played 'Happy Birthday to ya' and sang at our table which was fun.

We used the restaurant as we were staying in the nearby Travelodge and had never been to a Frankie and Benny's before so thought we'd give it a go.
All the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful. The decor was good and the place was keep very clean and tidy.
Generally the food was good and like most Italian places seemed a bit more expensive than comparable restaurants.
The only things that let it down was our breakfast. The tea was provided by putting the hot water in a child cup with a tea bag. So by the time you got the tea bag in, the water was not really hot enough. The eggs were undercooked with uncooked egg white and the avocado was old and going dark.
