Fantastic service throughout out visit with work, Bex and her co worker were just super!! Nothing was too much trouble we all had a lovely trip out happy residents happy staff on our end and a fantastic time from start to finish.

Over 15 min waiting for fast food .... nothing special ordered. Had to chase staff for it. Place didn't look busy, so I'm not sure what the excuse they could have.

Standing at the till for 10 minutes eventually some one came to serve me 3 minutes past 11 only wanted 2 sausage and egg meals to get the response that's finished to say I was mad is an understatement so just had 2 tea's one had only half a cup ask for it to be topped up and got a look that could kill will be getting on to uk head office

Just left the drive thru and wanted the galaxy caramel McFlurry but the girl said there wasn’t any caramel so I asked what other mcflurries they had (just to hear because I was feeling caramel) and she said hold on a minute let me try and have a look. So at the collection window she confirmed if it was once caramel and I said yes please if it’s there and she came through. It felt like such a wholesome experience and I wish her nothing but the best in life, you may be reading this like but it’s just a McFlurry but it’s not, it’s girlhood

should have given 0 as no food were served.. ordered breakfast at 10:50 ish through app. Got to drive through just few min after 11 and got told that there is no breakfast.As far as I am aware others places would have held on to whatever was on order instead of just binning everything 'coz it's 11 now'.Not the brightest bunch... again.. this particular place just keeps disappointing..

While I had higher expectations, the recent food quality at the restaurant left me a bit underwhelmed. Over the years, there seems to have been a noticeable increase in prices. In my student days, this used to be a go-to affordable option, but unfortunately, the current standard doesn't quite justify the cost. The advertised chicken didn't quite match up to my expectations, and the beef had an unusual taste. Surprisingly, my own backyard barbecue often outshines this fast-food experience. On the brighter side, I must commend the establishment for their excellent coffee, maintaining a commendably clean and welcoming environment, and boasting a hard-working, friendly and delightful staff. Despite my culinary reservations, these aspects certainly stand out positively
Ordered a double bacon mcmuffin today and got what looked to be a standard one, when I questioned a member of staff they said it was a double, 2 measly bits of bacon I don't think so. They wouldn't do anything about so I'll pass this restaurant by next time.

Went in for deals, not got tent numbers for table and dining area staff just chatting could have been more helpful but not a bad experience.
