We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 sides and 2 drinks totalling to 30 pounds last night and never recieved the order. Phoned the hut last night to which nobody answered whatsoever and this morning when we phoned we were told to speak to customer service however there is no option to complain about food not showing up

Had a pizza delivery from here for the first time, we usually ring the order through and collect and have no problems!! Tonight was fantastic, ordered and 25 mins later pizza was delivered, they missed a chicken order off but was resolved very quickly and missing chicken quickly delivered. Cannot fault at all and will recommend and use the delivery service again.

We placed the order at 8.20 and didn't receive it untill 10.30 and to add insult to injury the pizza was Luke warm and dry. I'd say it was maybe due to the present circumstances but looking at previous reviews it's a regular occurrence. First and last visit

I pre ordered for 18.45 it turned up at 17.15 . Why put a pre order time on the site if it doesn’t work .. food came garlic tear and share was doughy in the middle plus they did not deliver our cheesy triangles .. i like pizza hut but its gone down hill . They gave me £20 of next time but im not sure if we will order again

We only have Pizza Hut pizzas a few times a year but today's pizza & collection service was not Pizza Hut! The dough of the pizzas was twice the thickness of the usual pan base was white & not cooked through, not crispy golden as is the Pizza Hut norm, the tomato base tasted cheap & sweet the other toppings were sparse. We feel sure that our local Sutton in Ashfield branch it's now a franchise and do their own version of the old Pizza Hut style, will not be re-ordering. Staff very unprofessional and extremely casually dressed! no uniforms...oh and cash only?

regular customer ,every week 2 hours wait ,spoke to manager doesn't seem to have a clue and isn't interested,isn't capable of setting on new staff finds it hard she says ,didn't order from pizza hut so money lost there if your going to provide a service and advertise it at least be capable of doing it ,i missed out again 3rd week on the go

Honestly if I could rate it zero stars I would. Put an order through about 30 minutes ago and although my order wasn’t confirmed with Pizza Hut and they apparently “don’t have it on their system so can’t help ya mate†A’s shift manager Wayne oh so very kindly put it, they still charged me for the initial order, which wasn’t cheap. Very poor customer service and very rude. Can’t say anything for food quality has haven’t received anything but an empty bank account and an even emptier stomach. Thanks guys :)

Just a tip......if I order from here..make sure Louise the manager is on...she gets the job done..all the others are a waste of time...

Very poor food quality. Don’t work very well when under pressure as it was New Year’s Eve, didn’t get any dips 1 pizza wasn’t even what we ordered! It was a total shambles if I’m honest! Called them to tell them they have messed the order up and no answer! £40 wasted! And I felt sick after the food it had a plastic container smell aroma to it!
