Wow! We enjoyed the Sunday Carvery so much…reasonably priced too! What a lovely warm welcome! The pub was packed out…you need to book early! Delicious roast joints with all the trimmings…Yorkshire Pudds, stuffing, roasted pots & parsnips + perfectly cooked veg! Didn’t have room for a pud …but will try one next time! Customer service was excellent with friendly, helpful waitresses. The outside area is lovely too! We’ll be back….can’t wait to bring our family & friends! Thank you!

Walked in after working all day in the rain cold and hungry. The pub was so lovely, it really brightened our mood. The menu had a HUGE choice to choose from, it arrived astonishingly quickly and was delicious. Everyone that served us was attentive and friendly. If we are ever in the area again we will be certainly making sure to call in. Thank you ?

I came here with family and enjoyed it so much. Their was an issue happening with another customer and the manager handled it very professionally and came over to us and apologised for any inconvenience to us when all was good. Definitely recommend the Blue Bell to all.Wheelchair accessibility: Either myself or my mother in law use wheelchairs and its good to know that most places have the access for the wheelchairs. And the Blue Bell does.

Called in without booking on a Wednesday evening. Thankfully, they had just the one table spare for us, so do book in advance!Staff were all very friendly and smiley despite being very busy.The food was excellent. Proper home cooked style food. The rhubarb crumble is a prime example, exactly as I would have cooked at home instead of the fancy granola some restaurants try to pass off as crumble. It was delicious!Make sure you are hungry when you go as portions are generous.We will definitely return soon.

We are new to the area and decided to visit the Blue Bell for food and drinks unfortunately they were really busy and didn't have a table available but within 10 minutes they were able to squeeze us in the hospitality was ? and we were made to feel very welcome amazing food and friendly staff can't wait to visit again soon.Highly recommend ?

Highly recommend absolutely lovely meal I had the steak pie didn't really need a knife as the meat was so tender and the bonus is there proper chips will definitely be going back to try more things on the menu I also like the fact that the specials are on your table on a clipboard no shouting at the others your out with cos it's normally on a blackboard at other side of where you are ? well done bluebell ?

Treated myself, came for a meal instead. Had one of specials Chicken and chorizo linguine with some cheesy garlic ciabatta, by the time I finished I was full! As usual everything was well cooked and presented. Everyone are always cheerful and friendly.

Myself and partner visited here for lunch, and it was absolutely fantastic. I had the mixed grill, I'm glad I chose the smaller option ?, my partner had the chicken wrap, both were excellent meals, clearly freshly prepared! We struggled but found room for desserts, a fantastic cheesecake, and brownie!We chose to sit outside in "Angies" garden, you can really tell some time has been spent into making this a lovely place to sit and relax.Both Mark and Angie found time to talk to us and ask us about our day and nothing was too much trouble, we had our newly born daughter in tow and they even helped soothe her while we enjoyed our meals.We had to drink a Madri, Rose, and two glasses of coke, all priced very well.We will certainly be visiting again and again. Keep it up.
