Good service from start to finish.Everthing was hot on delivery even though it was a drive away. The driver was smart and had a proper uniform on. Will order again.

The food is fantastic and the customer service is unmatched! We were made to feel so welcome and we had an amazing evening.I would highly recommend the garlic paratha as a change from a naan bread.I ordered the pasanda which turned out to have coconut in it (I'm allergic, and I've never had one with coconut in it before) and they decided to replace it for me (even when I said I would manage sharing with my husband)They went above and beyond for us and you couldn't ask for a nicer Indian restaurant.

Sub-standard food served by miserable staff in scruffy surroundings. The main dishes were very salty and tasted nothing like Indian food. Furthermore, the portions were minimal. Need I say more?

We had a meal in the restaurant, staff were friendly and helpful, food was really good. Only criticism was that, once we had finished our main course, the waiter brought the bill........we hadn't been asked if we would like a dessert or coffee/tea. Strange, as the place was quiet, and it was still early. It felt like we were expected to leave. Bit of a shame, as I would like to have given 5 stars, but this took the edge off the meal.

I am disabled, little hard, going, but staff helped. Food was explained re ingredients. Food was fantastic. Enjoyed our evening, prices very reasonable.Overall staff very friendly. Needs a little work, to encourage more wheelchair guests.Wheelchair accessibility: Needs a little work on entranceAnd a ramp on step inside. Not sure on toilet didn't visit. This didn't stop me going back to the restaurant.

I shall not be using this restaurant again , absolutely disgusting .. I ordered my food ..and was told to collect it ,rather than have it delivered ,which I wasn't keen on doing ..the ill mannered chap on the desk said I had not bought enough to get free delivery , so I ordered a pickle tray which brought it to £15.90 so hay ho free delivery .. When it arrived they had charged me £21.. It's 2.1 miles from my house to the bombay spiceThey delivery lady kept my receipt to check it for me , but never got back to me . I have used this restaurant weekly for a couple of years .. This is the second time I have been ripped offAnd I think they ought to teach the bloke on reception some manners on how to speak to customers .J layden, langold

Had takeaways in the past but decided to eat in for a change. Under new management and found the staff to be attentive, helpful and professional. The food was amazing, even better than the takeaways we have had previously. We were given a free starter to try alongside the ones we ordered. Definitely recommend and we will return soon.

We were a table of seven people, one veggie, all managed easily to choose starters and mains.Food came out in good time, piping hot.Never rushed at any point, probably the opposite in fact. This could be both a positive and a negative, however in our case it was an absolute positive. Hopefully the servers 'read the room' and left us to have a chat and a catch up.
We recently moved to the area and wanted to try the local Indian takeaway. Thought it seemed a little pricey but went for it. The ordering system is like most Indian takeaways, said it would take 45 mins, no live updates and no reason to collect earlier so arrived to collect 45 mins after ordering. Food was really cold. Fine otherwise, tasted nice etc. think it was probably ready much earlier but ordering system didn't alert us to this so feel it would have been good if they'd given us a quick call and we'd have gone straight there. Put us off trying a second time so went somewhere else but if they can make a phone call with an updated time, we'd try again.

Always amazing quality and great tasting food. Very fresh! Staff are always lovely as well. Great to see the effort they’ve made outside for Xmas decorations too.

Had a fabulous evening with amazing and delicious food. The tandoori prawns were wonderful. Would highly recommend and will return. Great friendly and efficient service.Parking: Plenty of accessible parking.

Absolutely amazing food! We ordered online to collect our takeaway. We did have to wait a few minutes but we didn’t mind at all. The Lady on the front desk gave phenomenal service, created a great atmosphere and was funny! We were also offered a free drink whilst we waited so we got a lovely glass of Prosecco each as well! Just moved to the area and can’t wait to keep getting food from here! Don’t let a few of the negative reviews put you off! This is a small business and deserves local trade. 100% recommend and will be back again and again!
