The food was absolutely disgusting all the chips were hard and not cooked and the chicken balls were raw will definitely never go again!

Disgusting costumer service. I placed an order for delivery and it never arrived. I gave them a call and they couldn’t find my order. After a while on the phone, another lady greeted me and told me the order will take about 20 more minutes to arrive and my food is ready and cooked. I cancelled the order straight away, i was offered food that will get cold till it gets to me. She offered a free drink, as if the drink would sort out the whole situation. Absolutely disgusting service, not even a phone call to let me know that my food will be late. I totally understand rush hours but ignoring your costumers and offering them food that has been sitting there for a while is totally unacceptable. Do not recommend at all, avoid. Also, i have a baby that has been crying all day and I couldn’t look after my self and didn’t get a chance to cook. Now I’m low on money and hungry as hell. ??????

We recently had a girlie's weekend at Clumber Park Lodges and fancied a Chinese on the Saturday night. We popped into the Golden Dragon for a takeaway. We ordered house special fried rice, chicken fried rice x2, beef chow mein no veg, crispy shredded chicken with chilli and garlic, sweet shredded crispy chicken, sweet and sour chicken balls, bbq saucex2, chips, and bean sprouts with no onion and peppers. Whilst eating we were all amazed at how great the food was, it was cooked perfectly and tasted divine. In fact I thought it was much better than my local Chinese take away back home. That says a lot because I've always thought they were good. I'd certainly recommend this place to everyone. Enjoy!

Tried to order food for delivery, girl answered, said my address, I said no we at neighbour so number 272, she said just a minute then hung up. Rsng back 7 times from 3 different mobiles. Each time she answered I said we were cut off she refused to speak to me and hung up. What disgusting behaviour. We will never ring again. We phoned Dai Family instead placed our order for £90 worth of food.!!!! Ride, rude rude!

Ordered delivery as my local takeaway is closed on a Monday. Arrived 30 minutes later - Tasty, hot and delicious. Will definitely order again. Brilliant

Loyally ordered from here for the past 2 years ish, forgiving the odd mistake here and there . However, After tonight we will never return.The mushroom chow mein tasted like dirty water and was just full of onions, the S&P chips portion was tiny, under cooked,tasted of rot and not of salt and pepper. The S&P chicken wasn’t crispy and was also under seasoned.My bf called to complain for a refund, which we rarely do. He was nice to the lady and she was rude and wanted to send us more food but we both felt sick from what little food we just tried to eat, so asked for a refund again. She went to speak to her manager and literally just said ‘yeah I’ll refund you’ and hung up on him.On the plus side, delivery driver was really nice and even though I darent eat them, the prawn crackers are alright.We haven’t eaten tonight, both feel sick and are now waiting 3 days for a refund. Great Saturday night! ??
