Great food from Greggs as always. Only issue would be is that on occasion you may not get a fully fresh item and be slightly cold. Other than that it’s brilliant.

Every time I go in, the customer service is terrible. Got the occasional person who is nice enough and isn't dismissive when placing your order for you.\\nQuite often we get breakfast from there and the breakfast rolls are just mashed together with either too much sauce or two little...\\nAnd hot drinks, especially hot chocolates, they're powdery everytime we get them, they don't get stirred properly and the occasional staff member will ask, would you like the cream or add ons to the drink, and quite happily make you a half decent drink, other times, you'll get an eye roll and water hot in a cup with powder in the bottom and a bit of hot milk... Think I'll end up sticking with other food providers in the area...

Just Had A Sandwich And Coffee With Mum In The Meal Deal. it was really good.
One of the better Gregg's, pretty standard setup you know what to expect, but friendly staff and good service elevate it above the normal expectations.
