Ordered online and they quoted 40 mins. It then got confirmed at 3 hours. They then told me I had to get a refund from Foodhub, who are impossible to contact. Dreadful

Disappointed tonight, service was a let down this evening and no acknowledgment from anyone about the poor organisation.Table booked for 8:15 large deposit of £10 per person paid for the 18 guests to book the table and secure itActually sat at a table at 8:55Stood in a busy restaurant with nobody giving any information about how long the table would be was a terrible start to the evening.Bar service, to keep the bill easier to divide we bought our own drinks at the barThe young lad at the bar was overwhelmed and inexperienced at best3 people trying to get tickets for drinks done for tables meant I was stood at the bar and ignored for over well 10 mins while my food was in the table.At no point this evening have we been asked if our food was ok it was just brought out and we were left to it.Not a pleasant experience for a birthday celebration at all.Food was ok I’ve had better in there but it was generally a disappointment.
