The fish smelled off chips were dry and just warm. Friend got a tub of beans which were flat cold .Service dul with a crying baby in the back room . Worst fish and chips I've had in a long time. just don't waste you money .

ordered 2 kebabs fish and chips and sausage and chips from this place the kebab made me ill for 3 days was greasy and could see the grease on the wrapperThe fish was greasy the batter was disgustingDidn't get what I ordered for the sausage and chips all in all very unhappy with the foodService was not with a smile miserable and very snappyWouldn't order from here again if my life depended on it

I went last week and purchased a chip butty, I asked also for scraps. the foreign man came back, passed me the wrapped butty and said no scraps (He should have mentioned this before in case I didn't want it) anyway I go back to my car, open it and theres NO butter/marge on the bread, just a DRY breadcake. This was it, I go back and said there is no butter just a dry breadcake which the man replies well look at the time (30 min maybe before closing) I said but theres no butter? he replied "Well you didn't ask for butter INNIT" I mean in all my life I've never gone to a chip shop who doesn't even but basic amount of something on a breadcake. Anyway he then says that they ran out of butter... No you have tubs of the stuff, you just don't run out 30 min before closing. I then instantly asked for a refund out of disgust and left. I know many chip shops are run by foreign people now and turning them into pizza/kebab places but they should maybe stick to that and not take over Traditional British food places and ruin them.

Good fish and chips shop. Pulled me out of a hole one Sunday night when I was starving. Great staff. I had some lovely cod and chips. The large portion of chips was very generous. It's along the main street/road in Langold so parking is not off street.
Excellent fish and chips, huge portions and very chatty staff.

Not been there in 5 years. Now i rember why. All are food was cold and didnt really taste of anything even the curry. Plus its cash only with no sign didn't find out till after I'd ordered my food witch is very bad. Then had to mess about getting cash. The staff well was no communication at all was stood for ages after I'd ordered nobody else in I had to ask what the wait was as everything I'd orderd was cooked.Kid-friendliness: Was no communication at all was stood waiting for food was waiting for chips witch I wasn't told I had to ask
