Disgusting, my partner is 7 month pregnant. Was refused access to the toilet by manager and staff. She works 2 doors up but couldn't go at her own workplace as she has diagnosed pelvic gurdle pain. She couldn't make the stairs. Ran to Subway bursting manager refused as she'd not bought anything. Rude and shameful. Glad we didn't eat there and never will! If I could 0 star I would, she went over the road crying and in pain!!

We visited the Worksop subway yesterday for first time. The lady behind the till was very rude and need and miserable. We got 2 footlong and 3 cookies asked for double choc she got wrong cookie and tutted and pulled faces when I said. When my partner paid and asked for receipt as our son needed the toilet she didn't want to give a receipt but the code was on the receipt she then huffed and puffed and tutted said oh ill have to walk you down put the code in which she was not happy about. I would recommend the girl who works in there short and blonde hair and plump about 20 year old needs customer service skills. Due to the experience will not be visiting again.

2day we called to subway 4 lunch i got a free foot long & a latte coz i had enough points on my sub card the sandwich was tasty would deffo go again

Hands down the worst subway experience I’ve ever witnessed the supervisor was arrogant , rude totally unhelpful and clearly didn’t have a clue what he was doing tried serving us gluten free bread that had literally been microwaved beyond being edible - use subway all the time as away on business a lot . Took the short trip to the other sub way in Worksop and was the other end of the spectrum —— seriously sort your negative aggressive attitude out and learn how to make a sandwich . Do not even waste your time with this shambles —-Disgusting all round

me and my mum visited this store the girl behind who served us had an attitude and kepted tutting when we asked for something else and she was very rude wen my mum got her blue light card out and the sandwich’s we had the bread was rock hard and well over cook.

I’ve just been in the worksop subway for that eat out to help scheme. I was told that I had to sit inside otherwise I will not receive a discount. I could not eat inside as I have multiple physical disabilities and they do not have appropriate chairs inside for my needs. I was refused the deal. “Discrimination which is against the equality act is unlawful”. It is your duty to remove barriers for disabled people. I believe I have been treated unfairly!

Came with my partner as it’s back open again after lock down, even though the queue looked very short about 3 people in front of us it must have taken us 15 mins to even be served. The staff looked like they had just been thrown in at the deep end with minimal training I feel quiet sorry for them I can understand that people are re learning again and having to get back into the swing of things due to lockdown. I Was told that their was no hearty Italian bread yet the person who was served moments after us got 2 hearty Italian subs and after we had been served at about 12pm they only had brown bread left leaving other customers upset and that it would take an hour to be ready over all a poor experience.

Handed clean easy eating experience, brilliant menu to have the best sandwich of your choice
Had a Meatball Sandwich... Along with drink.. was okay - woman behind the counter was a little boring and felt like she wasnt happy serving us (a little bit of a smile goes a long way) but other than that was acceptable. Oh and the sandwich was waaaay hotter than last time and nearly burnt me after she toasted the cheese with it lol...Would have got 5 stars for friendlier staff and not having to blow on my sarnie to cool it off.
