Ideally situated across from the railway station, it was clean & friendly, with lovely staff and delicious meals on offer. Although breakfast is no longer provided, there is a cafe and Aldi within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Stay in Room 2 very basic shower room dirty no toiletries bed seen better days.Had to leave bank detail incase of damages in room .was not happy about that never had to do it before .Will not be stay again very disappointed.Rooms: Room over price very run down basic not worth £80

Went here for my 40th birthday meal. Service was fantastic, meals were very good and no issue's catering for the 30 of us. Can't recommend it enough. Big thank you to all the staff.Food & drinks: Great food, chicken and ribs were amazing, burgers are huge. Recommend it.
OMG! The best Sunday lunch EVER yummy yum yum, loved it the roast potatoes, they are to die for !!!Definitely be coming back.

Room 5Damp all over the walls and peeling paint.The toilet leaked and the shower was filthy.Every time somebody used the shower there was a deafening noise coming from the cupboard which kept us awake.Wouldn’t recommend

The room was really nicely decorated with a huge bed, plenty of storage, a great bedroom and a lovely bathroom. Travelling with the dog there was plenty of space for his bed and paraphernalia. Kettle and equipment was all there too. Plus the ground floor access was perfect for our elderly dog . They were really friendly when I booked and welcoming when we arrived. We really enjoyed staying here as a base and will certainly book again to see our friends. Highly appreciated and recommended.Rooms: Spacious well decorated room with great facilities

We went to visit a family member who was staying here. We had dinner and it was beautiful. One of the best lasagne ive had and beaut chips.Service very friendly. Didn't stay overnight, so no idea about accommodation, but the food was excellent well prepared and presented at a reasonable price. An old building so well used , the beer selection was good at a reasonable price . What let's this place down is car park , small with limited access, get there earlyFood & drinks: Very good value and quality
