Farmhouse at Mackworth

Came here today (14.09.2025) missus had booked an early birthday dinner and despite messing up the booking in terms of amount of people and turning up nearly 2 hours late because she'd forgotten exactly when we should be here, the staff and manager were able to squeeze us in and move a few things around, lots of banter, excellent service throughout. We were served by Caitlin who too our food & drink order & was very attentive. Food was very good. Never visited this pub before but will definitely go back. It was busy but all staff were very good.

We had a lovely meal here, the mains and desserts were fantastic. George was our server and was prompt, kind and really helpful. Will definitely be coming again and would recommend to anyone.
