Roma was in Chipping Norton again we were both very pleased to see and be served by her she started our day off so well with a huge smile and warm welcome2 happy customers here ??Please may we ask for this to be passed onto your head office and area managerI tried to email your headoffice but its gone to a different departmentKind regards and Thank you

Unfortunately, this Costa needs some investment. If you're going to pay this much for coffee and snacks then a certain standard is expected. A smile costs nothing either...........

dirty sticky tables, asked for a blood orange drink with Yuzu and they used tap water and charged £3.45 lol what a joke I could have done that myself at home for free. Rip off and not value for money at least use bottled water or ask if you want sparkling water! Terrible

Tom and Linda made my experience incredible. Both of them were bubbly, helpful and so great to be served by. I really recommend this Costa for the atmosphere that the staff have created!! Linda really puts customers first and makes everyone feel welcome.

Didn't buy food, that's why low rating but looks juice buf at the same time costly for what they are portion wise. Drinks ordered were fantastic and greeted with a smiling worker who catered to what was ordered quickly and efficiently.

tried the "ultimate blend" milk for my latte. Did not know it was vegan. Horrible. Bitter and sour and nasty. Stay away. service is awful too.

I only had a coffee, but the service was prompt, plenty of seating, and clean.
