Didn't buy food, that's why low rating but looks juice buf at the same time costly for what they are portion wise. Drinks ordered were fantastic and greeted with a smiling worker who catered to what was ordered quickly and efficiently.
I'm in a mobility scooter so have trouble with doors but everyone in there helped me ie other customers then a member of staff came over and helped me get to a table also took my order then took my grandson over to choose a snack and brought him back then went and got our hot chocolates and my takeaway mince pies which are AMAZING this member of staff was so helpful I can't thank her enough a MASSIVE PLLUS for COSTA ??????Kid-friendliness: Look aboveWheelchair accessibility: Look...read full review

Tom and Linda made my experience incredible. Both of them were bubbly, helpful and so great to be served by. I really recommend this Costa for the atmosphere that the staff have created!! Linda really puts customers first and makes everyone feel welcome.
