Table wasn’t ready when we arrived. Wasn’t shown to are table just told the number. Waited for 20mins before we asked for menus to then find we had Mother’s Day roast menus not the normally ones. Placed order only to wait another 20mins for our starter. When the mains were brought out we were asked if we only had three meals had to tell them no there were four for them to go and look, the Mac and cheese had no sauce to it and was dry. I wouldn’t mind if it had been busy but it wasn’t. Had to ask for the bill and then waited 15mins before we asked if we could pay. Wouldn’t recommend to family and friends and wouldn’t go back again. Very disappointed

You want to give them an opportunity but they just don't care.We booked for 1 for mothers day, I booked outside since they have a child park, unfortunately it ended up being a rainy and very cold day.They said they didn't have any space inside because everything was booked, fair enough, even so we decided to eat.They could have tried to heat the outside part, it even has a fireplace but they did nothing to make the situation more tolerable, still we stay and put or jackets and order.We asked 20 minutes in if there was still no place to sit inside and we are told no, even thou there were many empty tables.45 minuteshave passed since the order, I would have hoped that understanding that outside was freezing that they will at least bring our food on time.So I go very unhappy to ask to please cancel everything I want my money back and I am leaving, guess what? Suddenly they accomodated us inside.It took 45 minutes of freezing and me asking my money back for them to magically produce a table.My wife and daughter decided to stay otherwise I would have taken my money.Btw, from 1 to 3 many tables stayed empty the whole time.The place doesn't care about customer service at all, like one bit, even while staying out they didn't care of either heating or at least have the courtesy of giving our food on time.

Food was delivered late, burger was overcooked, got a new one and then new one was pink. 3rd one was okay. Pudding took forever to get, and we had free food due to the inconvenience.

We were sat at our table around 5:45 and were placed at a table and told by the person that sat us that it is table service and someone would be with us to take our order. 20 minutes had passed and no one had even come to take our drink order. I had to go to the bar to ask them to come to our table. This then took another 10 minutes. At this time we placed our drinks and food order. The 2 drinks we ordered which were soda water and lime took another 15 minutes to come. We asked for extra like in them and they were really weak. The food took a long time on top of this when we ordered the flatbread and this isn’t a lengthy meal to make. We noticed a bartender sat down, ordered their food on their break and got their food quicker than we got both food and drinks. Have no been before, quite annoyed with the slow service and it has put me off further visits which is really sad as it is such a nice establishment.
