Absolutely brilliant service from the coffee 1 team in Bicester, especially to the young member of staff Jake, who was so helpful to a gentleman on a mobility scooter, he went above and beyond. Well done Jake..

Terrible service, ordered drinks and food for home delivery and instead of contacting me or calling to tell me that they ran of sandwiches, they just sent the drinks with a piece of paper saying there is no food.

Great coffee but long

Nice place that is totally dog friendly. Large enough for bigger groups and plenty of space. Staff could be more friendly and seemed very stressed at times and almost give you a blank when asking questions. Lots of dogs in here so avoid if you prefer a quieter place.

Lovely lady always serving my cup of coffee, always smiling, talkative, and friendly. Coffee is also nice, full flavour and delicious.

A good place to sit and have a coffee and a chat. The cakes looked very inviting to eat, but I did resist. Surroundings are very cosy for this time if

Friendly staff and quite a lot of seating inside and out, plus dog-friendly too. Service is like all coffee shops though, slow as each coffee takes time to be made. Maybe I am just impatiently thirsty but I do wonder why queues move so slowly in coffee shops. Anyway, a good a place as any to take a seat and a break with a hot drink.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Bicester. While it's a chain, you don't feel like that when you visit. The staff are all super helpful and friendly, the coffee is excellent, even the decafe is good. The food is tasty, a particular favorite is the tuna melt and the cinnamon buns are nice and sticky! It's never too noisy so it's a good place to read about when passing the time, they even have some at the back of you forget yours.

A big shout out to Jack who kindly helped me with my lactose free latte.I’m a big fan of coffee #1 but I was struggling because the only lactose free options for me was the coconut / oat milk and I hate is so bad haha…He made me a latte with the vegan cream option and it tasted amazing, the texture was perfect just like a normal latte ?I’m very happy! And he was so nice with all the other costumes around creating a very good vibe for this cloudy morning. Many thanks Jack!Dietary restrictions: Lactose free

Have lived in Bicester for over thirty years, but this was my first visit. We had coffee and cake, around about lunchtime. It was busy, but what a great atmosphere. The cake was fresh and tasty and the coffee good as well, and in my opinion, less expensive than the garden centre.
