I wish I had got the young managers name - as he was so polite, kind & professional with great customer service & the coffee was also good. An enjoyable fun experience Saturday 5th August he is a credit to Costa (the smaller 1) in Bicester! Thank you!

The food was good as usual, but the service arises certain concerns. The cashier worked really slow, the cleaner was very rude and disturbed all the guests. No toilet paper and soap in the loo. Hope it would be improved :)

Staff here are second to none. Friendliest chain coffee shop I've visited. Feels like a locally owned shop but with Costa menu.

Wouldn't have usually given a review, but as we entered the chap said closing in 7 - not an issue for us as we could takeaway! But the 2 younger chaps were so friendly, said yes they stop serving in 7 minutes, but we were free to take a seat and drink/ eat at our own pace. Honestly they were lovely and probably the best customer service I've received in a long time. The chap cleaning the floor still looked furious, but that didn't ruin our day it was more comical that my 8 year old telling me he was getting evil looks ?? I drink a lot of coffee (possibly unhealthy amounts) but this is now my favourite Costa shop! Even better as its the first time in 4 years I've had the chance to sit and have a coffee with my dad. So thank you to these 2 lads, you really did make my day!Vegetarian options: Plenty of choiceKid-friendliness: It's a coffee shop, but my kids enjoyed drinking the sugar ?Wheelchair accessibility: Tight, but doable

Good food and drink as usual for a Costa. The big problem is the lack of staff which means the service can be very slow and tables are frequently not cleared of the previous customers' crockery which reduces the quality of experience somewhat.Parking: Paid council run car parks are available a short walk away and you can also get two hours free in nearby Sainsbury's car park.Wheelchair accessibility: The shop is quite small so although it's accessible it could be tricky to manoeuvre a larger wheelchair.

Without doubt sadly the worst Costa latte I’ve ever had and I’m told by my wife that the milk was burnt. Sadly the service was slow, unfriendly and the drink was very poor but at least the baby chinos were free anyway!

Dirty toilets dirty tables & far to busy moaning about Jamie at the other store.
