This branch has weathered a few difficulties with staffing and I.T. the last few visits have been excellent, great service, lovely examples of the staff helping and supporting customers where needed. Drinks and food up to a consistent good standard ?

Clair, the barista was very rude. Online says they open at 6:30am- I go in at 6:55am and she still has her headphones on her head telling me to come back at 7am. Fair enough if the times are wrong on their website, however, no excuse to speak to a customer so rudely. Had a very dismissive attitude, didn’t remove her very large headphones to talk to me and not a smile to be seen.

Poor service, asked by the staff to leave the table at 16:30 because they have to close the coffee shop. I do not recommend this coffee shop

Without doubt sadly the worst Costa latte I’ve ever had and I’m told by my wife that the milk was burnt. Sadly the service was slow, unfriendly and the drink was very poor but at least the baby chinos were free anyway!

Most employees are polite even when busy and try their best to make your coffee even they are trained only to do watery milk only beverages. But not all.Thank for the 50p coffee. I hope you will pay your employees a bonus as wel.Edit. Disappointing coffee again. They don't know how to make cold coffee without too much milk and they don't want to learn.
