I have been visiting Bicester Village since 2003 and it's one of my favourite places to shop but this was the first time we visited this restaurant and it was a visit to remember. I loved everything about it from the staff to food to the atmosphere. In particular Alfie, bless him, a true gem and a gentleman. Not only did his customer service excel and go above and beyond his integrity and professionalism was outstanding. He really made us feel valued as people not just customers. If you want top food and service then definitely pick this place!”
