Son's emigrating, last family breakfast, English looked OK, kids and two adults ordered pancakes, what a joke, flat, hard took that long that rest of family nearly finished their breakfast and that the maple syrup was rock hard, my 80 year old mum could not eat that, told them they took it away, when went to till and said this is last breakfast with my son as family due to him emigrating and all they did was not charge us for pancakes, so we had nothing to eat and got told they ran out of ice cream and that is why it took so long, absolute disgrace, should of let us off the whole breakfast never going there again, AVOID

This cafe is OK but there is not many halal options available, most of the food that needs to be fried is done so in the same oil, so pork is mixed with beef/chicken. If you have no religious dietary restrictions then it has a good menu to choose from.

Regular customersCan’t make a cup of tea or a latteNew staff are not polite and are coughing and not putting their hand or inner elbow to their mouth. Not washing their hands after having something. The staff’s atmosphere is appalling the manager is not talking to the staff and the staff don’t know what they are doing.

Disappointed-sadly I feel since Nick left this cafe is not the same without him -great his wife is still here else I’d probably stop coming altogether but as both George and Kirsty are still here especially as George left me in fits of laughter as he parked up my scooter (F1 here we come…!!) sadly I feel the new manager is trying too hard to ‘please’ and should perhaps try and relax a bit more around your customers-I feel you are too focused on trying to clean up before customers have finished their meals! To add the food is still 100% and café remains very clean but I feel it’s gone down hill slightly since Nick left but brill his wife remains!

Since I don’t live in bicester but meet my friend Phil in Jenny’s on a regular basis and to be fair I’ve never had an issue with with either the food or the staff-Nick always teases me about my parking skills on a mobility scooter especially if he tries to help me park it to the amusement of staff and customers! Always enjoy a giggle here and food has always been superb! Well done all-Susie

Unfortunately they have just had a 1 star food rating. January 2023. So not good. The food may taste OK but they must have big hygiene issues

Excellent staff, Excellent food, Excellent customer service. Will go again many, many timesKid-friendliness: They have a kids menu with a few optionsParking: The parking is shared with town centre and surrounding shops, so depending on what time you go, it will be quite busy and hard to find a spot, alternatively you can park in a nearby Sainsbury's multistorey car park for 2 hours for free.

Went here last week for breakfast, walked in about 10am… soulless place, only a couple of other tables taken.. Ordered the traditional English breakfast. No toast included and no tea included so has to order separately.. The sausage was awful, one of the really cheap types - full of rubbish.. the beans were cold and the chips were diabolical, about 15 French fries on the plate and spread out to try and look like it was more than it was - awful. Toast was buttered with margarine - I left it… all I ate was the egg and bacon. The tea was the only decent thing here. Do yourselves a favour and swerve this place - how they call themselves a cafe serving English breakfast is embarrassing!! Dreadful

Great place for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee, on your own or with the grandkids ❤️ Good value too. The service is very welcoming.
