Looks extremely fancy in the outside, but food is reasonably priced and is as good as Kobbie Mainoo in the middle of the park! 10/10 would

Service was okay and until I was asked if I wanted anything else I said give me a few moments I started looking at drinks menu and waitress came over right he bill a little confusing when I was looking at menu at drink and going to ask if they had date menu. I asked to remove device charge I was asked why. So I replied to didn’t ask for bill but it was almost thrown upon me. Waitress frowned walked away came back with service. Charge removed j paid and l fr after speaking to another lady in the on way highest service and don’t force intent of customer only going to annoy me more. If I ask for the bio fair enough but I didn’t even ask I hadn’t finished but it’s okay McDonald’s do a great McFlurry with a smile.

It was my 4th visit and to be honest, they've all been similar. Decent food, lovely barman - so friendly & efficient- but horrendous front of house person. A brunette lady who said she was the manager. So rude, so condescending, sarcastic and dreadful people skills. Quite obvious personal issues which result in a dysfunctional abuse of artificial power. Arrogantly dismissive to the young people in front of us. When I commented to her, aggrieved on their behalf, she said "they enjoyed it"! Supercilious beyond belief! We walked away and lost our appetite. I've seen heruncomfortable show before. Always leaves a bitter taste.UPDATE: following the answer below I'd like to point out that it is clearly untrue. I didn't put a date on my review. I'd been away and this incident happened over 6 months previously. They really went through over 180 days and 4,000 hours of camera (could be more) to find some young people who were turned away when it's a busy place and must happen many times per day? Furthermore these people who were turned away didn't leave details. They wandered off to their car near ours in the nearby parking area because we followed on. Amazing that the restaurant tracked them down 6/7/8 months later with no details and investigated. Not even the police can do that. Whatever incident they may think they have found, they certainly haven't. I notice that they've tried the camera reply with a few other reviews.

Rudest most arrogant staff I have ever met, particularly the female waitress with dark hair, mid 40s.Food distinctly average and slow,Update: thanks for your response, I think I highlighted the main issues already?!

No visit to Bicester Village is complete without a a visit to 'La Tua Pasta'. From the moment you enter your Italian journey begins.A welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu is typical Italian but what you don't see is the kitchen - a hidden gem. When ordering, we were asked about allergies and told that, as meals are made to order, pizzas could be served differently to other meals.Attention to detail is obviously high on the agenda with emphasis on delivering customer satisfaction. My pizza was as authentic as it could be. Freshly prepared, typical of village pizzerias in Italy. The crispy edges - burnt in places (as it should be) - and a perfectly cooked centre, topped with usual 'margherita' type dressing then a generous serving of fresh Rocket and large slices of freshly cut Parma ham, looked and tasted fantastic.Add some Parmesan cheese and enjoy. My love of rural Italy and country cooking was reignited.Delicious!Variations of rissoto were tried by three other guests. Nothing special about the presentation - but this is about authenticity - needless to say, it was enjoyed by all.OK, not the cheapest but then again, not the most expensive. But good value and to be enjoyed. The one exception is the cost of soft drinks which could prove expensive for children.A glass of Italian wine would have been the 'cherry on top of the cake' but as we were all driving, a flask of water served its purpose.Only regret: it is too far from my home.

Good food and service and nice restaurant. Did not realise if you use the Bicester Village app code there was 20% discount. 12.5% service charge added to bill which is fine for us.

We received a lovely warm welcome from Nadine & Eniso as we were promplty led to our dining table. Each time I visit, the hosts are so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They are an absolute credit to the establishment. The atmosphere is always vibrant. Our drinks arrived shortly after we placed our order at lunch time on Sunday and our meals follwed soon afterwards. The Tonnatelli Con Gamberi was so tasty, the chilli oil, parmesan and chilli flakes came recommended and were the perfect accompaniments. The restaurant has recently been renovated and this has enhanced the facilities. It is spotless with a stylish decor. The service is excellent and the chefs create tasty food with quality ingredients beautifully presented.I only wish that there was La Tua Pasta in Solihull, Shirley or Birmingham.Dining at this restaurant is such a pleasurable experience.

Abysmal service, waiters swearing over my table to their colleagues, kicking shopping bags, the main waitress came to take my order as she saw I had been overlooked.Food - ravioli was really underfilled and still stuck together as one piece of pasta, focaccia had no flavour. The atmosphere was good and the place was slammed which I think impacts the service and food quality.

There aren't a lot of choices at Bicester Village but this La Tua Pasta was amazing. The food tasted so good, we were very impressed. The staff were pretty friendly, the service was speedy and there wasn’t a wait for a table when we went on a Friday. I will be coming here again if I am at Bicester Village in the future. (The restaurant has halal options for those curious)

The warm welcome from the kind and polite hustler at the door was truly inspiring. The exceptional service provided by the helpful and considerate waitresses made the experience so much more memorable. The delicious food was a treat to the senses, and the well-maintained cleanliness of the restaurant added to the overall experience. The atmosphere was simply invigorating, leaving one feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. All in all, this was an experience that exceeded expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone seeking inspiration in their lives.
