A brilliant experience and great food. We took our newborn to Nandos, we’ve been many times before. The staff were brilliant at accommodating, simple things like moving a chair for the buggy. Great atmosphere as always and tasty food.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and high chairs for older babies. Baby change available upstairs.

Had to wait a few minutes to be acknowledged even though was only one other couple in. Food arrived weirdly very quickly after about a minute or two after ordering and for why the chicken in my burger was cold and chicken partner had, had bone I it still males me the k that's why it came rather quickly. The corn on the cob felt like it was just pulled out the fridge and the chips were also bit pants too. The atmosphere was the best thing about the place tbh. I won't rush to go back anytime soon. Since getting home have been sick from the rushed undercooked food from this establishment

Very welcoming, service was great! Manager was very friendly and restaurant was clean. First time visiting this branch and enjoyed our lunch before Bicester village shopping. Parking was free at the multi story which was a bonus.

Good was good, as always.I would recommend some attention to hygiene.Toilets were in a bad state and there were 3 tables around us, waiting for someone to clean them for more than 1-2 h .

I rate the experience 3 stars because they had run out of chicken when we got a table & were told it could be UP TO an hour's wait. We agreed to wait but it took nearly 11/2 hours to get our food. Hungry kids slightly spoilt our dining experience.

Food is always great .BUT the drinks are always room temperature and on a delivery there's nothing we can do . Please ensure cold drinks that go out for delivery are cold. Nothing worse that warm coke etc.

Food was okay - not the best I have had. Service was so slow was cold by the time got to our table. Appeared to have enough staff but no one seemed to know what to do. Que out the door whole time was there and music stopped half way and just awkwardly listening to everyone eating.

My first time going to nandos today and experiencing the craze that everyone is obsessed with. The food was fantastic i had a salad with a side of corn on the cob.When i came in i asked the first lady that served me had dark hair (foreign lady) if i needed to wait to be seated or shall i just choose a table and she didnt say anything she pointed to a table and said this one and i said yeah thats fine. She handed me the menu and walked offNow considering i had not been there before i wouldn't have a clue how to order or know that i needed to get my own cutlery...until i looked at the menu and it said to scan the QR code to place the order. When my food arrived i wondered where the cutlery was and until i scanned the room i wouldn't have knownHowever the lady that gave me my food young blonde English girl she was fantastic, very friendly and warm she was fantastic
