Came in on a quiet Wednesday and had a perfect dinner for the two of us, food came out quickly and efficiently and was served with smiles from our server LukeLuke was very friendly and chatty, offering his opinion on what to order and what would be best for us both. His service went above and beyond what is typically seen in most servers in the industry and would highly recommend him again

I came here for a big family meet up at the weekend, it was amazing! I didn’t get his name but the waiter was so great with my young cousins, was joking around with all of us and overall made it a great experience. Definitely would recommend!!

Came here a few weeks ago and it was a very alright experience. I’m not going to lie and say it was god awful or it was the best. It was only ok.Upon arrival, the interior is beautiful for a prezzo. Very impressive.Quick to be seated but took a while for someone to come over. After ordering food came out quickly which was nice. No one checked back though luckily everything was ok and no problems with my food. Took a while for my plate to be cleared but once it did it was taken away. No one came over with dessert menus. It was 15 minutes of just sitting and waiting and was impossible to get someone’s attention. The guy came over and was like “oh did you want desserts”. Opted for yes but was extortionate prices. Trying to order took ages but when I did order I was shocked to see the desserts came from the bar? Definitely odd. Was quick to pay and leave after that.The 2 guys working were following each other round and talking the whole time, honestly inseparable. Another thing, if you want to talk about me, to make it less obvious don’t point directly at me and my table because it does make it more obvious.
Hello,We arrived at Bicester village from London to do shopping with my wife and 3 year old kid, after a long day our son was very hungry and decided to go to a restaurant, so we choose prezzo restaurant, after waiting 5 min at the door, someone came to sit us down, after he asked us if we’ve been here before he repeated himself by raising his voice in a very arrogant way, than I asked him why is he being rude, he than said I’m not going to serve you, I said my child is hungry but he ignored us and left,It’s a shame as the restaurant had good reviews but the staff is absolutely horrible,I don’t know the name of the guy but this happened on the 08/10/2023 at 7:50pm

A great meal out with a good atmosphere and lovely food. The service was initially fast and friendly. As the evening progressed it was slower but still very friendly. I had a truffle burger and truffle fries which was great. Mocha at the end end was also really good. We used Tesco club card vouchers which the staff were very helpful with. Prezzo Bicester never disappoints.Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options, some of the pizzas look great.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor restaurant with lifts down to the restaurant from the car park or disabled parking near by.

Have been many times before with no issues but the last visit the place was practically empty but you couldn’t get the staffs attention, they seemed disinterested and dismissive which made us feel rather uncomfortable, it came across very rude.Dietary restrictions: One party has a food intolerance so requested their separate menu, food seemed to be not as described and later appeared to have been cross contaminated due to sickness

Terrible service, our waiter was not very happy that we arrived :-) and he sucked his teeth when I mentioned my dirty wine glass. He also stunk of cigarettes, which was disgusting! Food was ok, nothing special. I ordered the Strawberry Sundae for dessert and to my surprise it was prepared on the bar by the stinky waiter! Won't be coming back, many other better places to eat around Bicester!
