This idiot then continues to start raising her voice and shouting at me, claiming I am a drunk (was literally before i started drinking as I was driving) and swearing at me etc etc. Out of completely nowhere whilst I am trying to calm her a down and get my beers, she starts screaming at me to “take my hand out my pocket” because she thinks i’m about to pull a weapon out or something. It was cold you ugly beast of a woman. Eventually i just left because i got tired of wasting my breath on this absolute waste of life.

Terrible place to stop for fuelling…..Beware of the employee Mr. PRABHA who refused to give us coins for using one of the air/vacccum facilities on site when he did give coins in return to the lady right in front of me. Upon confronting this behaviour he changed his reasoning three times from no change, to facility not belonging to shell, to change only for customers . When I told him I am a shell customer and showed him my membership card as well he said “Go ahead and complain …I don’t care….they won’t do anything”.I am appalled at this behaviour from a customer service agent …This puny person with a small desk in front of him thinks he is soo powerful that despite complaining nothings gonna happen to him…..SHAME on Shell for not taking any action on such staff despite several complaints throughout these years .Absolutely rude and unfriendly behaviour…That’s it from me and this fuel station .Till this employee is SACKED I will not be visiting any Shell stations anymore.# Shell No More

The old guy in the till always rude and unfriendly yesterday morning(21.11.23) i went there and had a costa coffe and i asked for sugar as it was not there in the machine ( I always prefer brown sugar instead sugar syrup) he said me that we have only sugar syrup in the machine and if you want you can go to another shop. So I left the coffee there. Very bad experience.

I used to fill up late evenings daily, but the grey haired lady on nights can’t careless if you are a regular, her attitude is negative, rude, obnoxious & dam right unhelpful, i do not recommend this garage especially if u going after 10pm! Shell if customers have been pointing out that this particular staff’s behaviour is a let down, & u don’t take them to task, fine! I wont be using this garage again!

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Shell on London Road
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent encounter at the Shell station on London Road. I had an encounter with a saleswoman who provided incredibly rude and unprofessional customer service, and I believe it's important to share this experience.
During my visit, I asked the saleswoman to read the names of the flavors for the vapes I intended to purchase. In an attempt to be kind and understanding, I also suggested that she should smile, as she appeared quite miserable and moody. However, instead of receiving a courteous response, I was met with an absolutely unwarranted outburst.
The saleswoman asked me to return to the counter and, without provocation, she went ballistic, berating me for no apparent reason. It was clear that she was unhappy in her role, but it's no excuse for treating customers so disrespectfully. Regardless of what may be happening in one's personal life, it is never acceptable to treat people in such a manner. We all face challenges, but that should not be an excuse to lash out at those who try to offer support and cheer you up.
As a result of this experience, I will be actively avoiding this Shell station in the future, and I strongly recommend that others do the same. No one should have to endure such behavior in front of other customers. Shell should consider reevaluating their staff and ensuring that customers are treated with respect and courtesy.

I was ex. Tanker Man sailed as Captain and carry Oil via Sea route for many of the names of which one was Shell. Today I take diesel worth of 24.99£ and 3 bottles of Coke from Shell station on London Road Bicester. I request the person to give me the receipt. And he handed over to me the bill receipt which I pay from my card. When I show the receipt to my manager he said it is only 0.19£ and I drive all the way back to the shell station where I request the person to please give me the receipt. He became angry and start making faces and told me leave the counter and it will take time.I am really very sad about the rude attitude of the guy working in the store. I will not go to the Shell station again.

I went into the Bicester garage to get my food for my break. I am entitled to a free Costa (Costa app) and I checked before going in I could redeem it at the garage. When I told him at the Till he proceeds to shout NO you are not using this here, go to normal Costa. I even showed him I could redeem it at the garage and he still told me no and refused to scan the code. Yesterday when I went in, he also refused to allow me to have the Costa and savoury (£3.50 deal) even though it was advertised outside? After a bit of to and fro-ing he agreed to honour the £3.50 deal.Rude, rude man!

I’m so disgusted at the service of an elderly lady working there. I just went there around midnight, she was soo rude to me for no reason, started shouting calling me disgusting because I asked if they had a toilet. She started telling me to get off the streets even though I went there in my car. I was left shaking that’s how angry she made me. I just saw other reviews about her and I am appalled that she still works there. Absolutely unacceptable. Says a lot about Shell.
