Strange how these so called services water taps are always broken during winter but there's always lots of screenwash.But try buying 20 litres for a truck.These people are causing danger to road conditions in the name of greed.They lack the understanding what roadside services were originally and are actually for which is maintenance of vehicles especially in the winter.

I waited 8 minutes so that they will release the machine to fill fuel and they didn't release it then they told me to wait wait another 5 minutes and I left without refuelling it seems disrespectful to me with people's time

AVOID AVOID AVOID THE POTHOLES\\nDon't get me wrong - the Shell garage itself is great but the access road to it is woeful - they need to close the garage and sort out the road first. Old sofas and caravans are on the access road - Cherwell Council hasn't cleared them - is nothing going to be done!

Night shift worker (Indian guy) very rude person. I will never stop here again.
Rude, cruel and unhelpful. I stopped here in the evening when my young niece needed the toilet. The man refused to let us in. When she started crying, he just turned and walked away.

The road in has lots of pot holes. The toilets weren't very clean and smelt pretty bad. Member of staff was friendly enough

My partner had a medical emergency going to work the police parked his car here , tried phoning for 2 days it's says they phone you back I just needed to know it was still there after 5 days but nobody will get back to me terrible experience trying to contact so don't bother!!
