Stopped on our way to Swindon. Quick service, good parking and pleasant staff. I had a bit of an awkward order, but staff was helpful and delivered good service. Clean facilities to use. There was quite a lot of people that morning with only 2 staff members, but did not had to wait long.

The location on A34 Southbound lends itself to be a useful comfort stop on a day time drive along the A34. (Incidentally, there’s it’s twin Starbucks on the northbound carriage way, if one is headed in that direction). We were there because it was a convenient location for a catch up meeting with a friend from many years ago. And of course it was also an opportunity to crack the enigma of the Starbucks cup sizes! So I will digress… Their smallest cup size is Short at 8 ounces. Then it goes up in 4 ounce steps - Tall, Grande, Venti (20 ounces). I believe then there’s the Trenta (30 ounces). I was given to understand there is a Demi at 3 ounces, which for me would have been the perfect dose. (Yet have not come across this size). And then there’s also an incredible Cento ( you’ve guessed it - 100 ounces!). One would need to possess languid detrusor to handle that, I expect. I recommend that with the Cento Starbucks should also provide you with a map of voiding facilities in a 20 mile radius. After that bit of enlightenment, let me return to the review… We had a good time nursing two rounds each of Espresso Machiato and Americano. For the refill, I needed it to be decaffeinated! The coffee was good and was washed down a delicious blueberry muffin. Thus, we were reinforced with antioxidants because decaf coffee also contains antioxidants, just like regular coffee. Soon a coach load of folk arrived with full bladders. This put some temporary pressure on the facilities as there were only a solitary gents’ and a lone ladies’ loo. Unfortunately, the soap dispenser in the gents’ was empty… To summarise: Good coffee. But staff would do well also to keep an eye on the facilities.

Called in for coffee and a toastie. . No mugs for our drinks, no plates to eat off! Only 2 girls serving on, totally pulled out. Tables not cleared off or wiped down. At the prices you charge Starbucks, you really should be getting the basics right!

Stopped by for Coffee on New Years Eve on the way back home. Xmas opening times were clearly displayed saying that they were open to 18.00 hours. On entering there was an employee just fin ishing putting all the chairs away and he said that they were only doing takeaway. Whilst it was New Years Eve, it was 14.50 hours and not the 18.00 as advertised. I promptly left feeling very disappointed.

Called in today and met with a partner for a business meeting. Staff and service was great and all tables and surroundings were clean. Would strongly recommend when passing.

Popped in today for a coffee and the toilet .... No decaf coffee..... No toilet roll in the toilets and no soap or dispensers etc ....although their covid guidence advises you to wash your hands .... Tables have crumbs all over, Floor dirty too ...only 2 members of staff so maybe thats why but still its very unhygenic .

After joining the druve thru queue, and making my choice, I pulled up to the microphone and was asked to wait. After noticing I had grown a 5 o'clock shadow on my face the young man eventually took my order and drove round to the pick up window.\\n\\nI was pleasently surprised to see that between the time of placing my order and actually being handed my coffee, I had managed to grow a full and rather stunning beard, although I had aged considerably due to lack of caffeine in my system. Thankfully starbucks had managed to somehow keep my coffee hot during the seeming eternity it took to make it, but.. credit where its due, I did manage to finish my book whilst waiting.

Perfect place for a break after driving up the A34. Serving great coffees and teas and a choice of cakes. Knowledgeable staff and always happy to help. Highly recommended.

Found the place empty apart from 2 other customers. The service was good but found the outside area dirty. In particular all the out side bins were overflowing. I did mention this to the staff and said they will deal with it when they get time!!

A Starbucks in a gas station. Nice environment, good coffee comparing to other chains and relatively trained baristas again comparing with other chains.
