Went today to grab some dinner. Not sure who trained this particular member of staff but so much was wrong in one serving. Walks in, no one behind counter. Had to do an obviously loud cough to get his attention. Walked out, wiping his runny nose with his hands and arms. Then put clean gloves on with his now dirty hands. Earphone in his ear with what’s probably his music or something playing, surely you’d take this out when engaging with a customer. Proceeded to say ONLY the word “yeh” when asking what I’d like. Not greeting, not actually asking what I’d like to order, not asking anything other than “yeh” Lad just needs more training. Simple things like washing hands after touching your face especially with a runny nose when you’re handling food

We usually have a fantastic experience here but this last visit has put us off.My partner went to this store and when he put in my usual order (something I've ordered previously and done at countless other stores) the man behind the counter rudely told him as it was no longer on the menu he would not make it. My order (cheesy pepperoni) was taken off a while ago, however because subway is all about customising your sub, no one until today has had an issue with it. I'd understand if it was something ridiculous and complex, but it was just pepperoni, cheese and some salad. He flat out refused to make the sub in any form so my partner left to find food elsewhere. Absolutely shocking customer service from this one person and has put us off visiting at all. Any other time this is a lovely shop but if this man is in then expect to be told he won't make your order!

Open entry to this sandwich serving establishment you'll find a short queue (and I mean short nothing like that one for the queen) to wait in before being served by highly attentive staff. So attentive were the staff that I'd not even realised it was already time for them to take my order - unexpectedly superb! In terms of the quality of the food and beverages we were served, the sandwiches were tasty and filling and the cookies were deliciously gooey. My only complaint was the coffee which was poor in comparison to what you can expect from similar establishments. It was far too milky to the extent that it was almost cold and without flavour. Next time I'll order a cold drink or go somewhere else to get a hot drink.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sandwiches are available.Parking: Paid parking options available nearby in market Square and chapel brook. Free 2 hours parking also available in Sainsbury's.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible to any wheelchair that can fit through a standard single doorway. There's a wheelchair accessible toilet inside.
interesting they sent me a chicken salad with no chicken, and the salad looked like it had been shaken up and stamped on. Called the shop, was told I'd get called back, but nothing so far. Wont bother with it again. Amazing that a lot of the reviews are so positive , I think they are employees. Avoid this place like the plague

Why is Biscester Subway so much more expensive than other subways i have visited. .I x 6 inch sub, pepperoni, chicken and salad plus 1 x wrap( not loaded wrap ) with 2 corners of cheese slice and 1 slither of ham 8.88??????????? Even though I appreciate all has gone up I taken aback at these prices. Shall avoid this outlet in the future and definitely not recommend.Will go to a proper cafe in future

I make food deliveries for APP and the worst place to collect food is right on this subway in Bicester. Rude, lazy and unprepared staff. Every day we have to wait about 10 minutes until the customer's sandwich is ready, when we complain, they ask to cancel the order. Not to mention that instead of having everything ready even before we arrive, they keep asking us to help and get the sodas from the fridge and laugh in our face.
