Food poisoning from takeaway. Violently sick multiple times through the night. Food was clearly not fresh, just heated up, badly and way too quickly. Parts were warm and others cold. Did some research and found Oxford Mail article stating Sunrise were awarded a 1 star food hygiene rating just last year (1 star out of 5). Place needs to be shut down. Staff clearly do not care about serving safe, hygienic and edible food. The takeaway front of house also looked like a junk tip.

Wow, worst takeaway I've ever had! Crispy chilli beef had no sauce so it was bone dry, egg fried rice was clumpy and flavourless, could barely eat it.Delivery and service not a problem, kitchen is what needs sorting out.

The food here is excellent. Very well prepared and tasty. I cannot recommend this takeaway highly enough. Very friendly service and generous portions. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Best Chinese takeaway in Bicester. Most of the dishes are very flavourful. Especially the Singapore fried rice. Will definitely come back again. Thumbs up!

worst chinese takeaway I ever had. Their singapore fried rice was not even close to singapore fried rice, tase wise or apearence wise. The appetizers were god aweful and very oily. The oil seems to not have been changed in ages as it gave me one of the worst after taste. I wish I could get the time and money back. Could not eat it at all and felt sick within an hour of eating..

The takeaway is disappointing in every way . Never try to pass beef as lamb ,to completely different meats ?. And tastes . Because of this you only get 1 star put it right and give a refund .... a lesson to be learned don't order here everyone

This is the second time calling in the last 3 weeks as they are "open" on justeat but "closed" on their direct website and I wanted clarification! I prefer ordering direct as I don't have to pay £4.50 in bloody delivery with justeat. They can't confirm that if I ordered direct through their website it'll go through and kept telling me to use justeat so clearly they are open for delivery but can't confirm they will deliver through their own website! I used to love this Chinese as it was very similar to wahong when I was feeling lazy and didn't want to drive down to get from the best place in town but after the last 2 interactions to whatever human they placed on the phone i won't be using them again, not just because of a lack of information given but from a hard of hearing standpoint! Too much mumbling and quiet talking, basically sounding like they didn't know what they were doing... 10 outta 10 won't recommend! I'll wait till the wahong is open again.
