Despite an initial mix up with our large family booking, the staff rallied around to accommodate us without fuss, our meals were fast delivered from order, and great value. Anyone who enjoys a Sunday roast should eat here.

Excellent lunch. We had beef lasagna and ploughman's. Lasagna was delicious, piping hot and not oily. Ploughman's had ham, pork pie and cheese and delicious warm bread. Couldn't fault either

Visited for a sunday roast for a family birthday today - excellent service, brilliant food and great atmosphere. Staff also very helpful with storing, bringing out birthday cake and starting off the singing! Definitely recommend.

Visited with a friend over the weekend. It’s a lovely pub, decorated beautifully. I’m aware they recently had a refurb. I went for a beef burger and my friend went for the bacon and chicken melt, both were delicious and portion size was very good. The atmosphere was friendly and the bar lady was very jolly and accommodating. I will definitely be visiting again! Thank you!

Visited here as really fancied a roast. Was very spur of the moment and had not booked. I have to say this place is fantastic. The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. Probably the best roast we’ve had in years. We’ve had a few roasted locally in last few months and this was by far the best. Hot, Fresh. Good selection. Keep up the good work. We WILL be back ?

I must say if you’re going in for a fry up 10/10 every time, the main not so much, the burgers we had were raw on the inside and bottom of bun soggy, that’s fine if you are into that but it was not for our taste. Partner couldn’t eat hers an I only ate mine because I didn’t want to waste my money. Mentioned it when paying thanked them then left. Platter was disappointing, staff was polite, atmosphere was good.
