Was looking for somewhere for Sunday lunch on our way back from Southampton. This is close to the M40 and was a fabulous little find. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was great.

Pub that serves tapas. Nice laid back atmosphere, and kid friendly during a weekend.

This is our local pub and as it’s on the doorstep it’s an easy choice when we don’t want to cook. Had Sunday lunch and can highly recommend. The staff are lovely, food is always piping hot and even though it’s traditional British Sunday lunch it has a slight Spanish twist. Highly recommend

Our first visit to The Red Cow, Chesterton. What a lovely pub, set in a beautiful village. Excellent roast dinner, great wine, attentive, professional staff, lovely atmosphere. Could not fault it at all. Can't wait to return ?

We had a great lunch here with a children's menu and lots of vegan options. They even created a new one on the spot for us!Dietary restrictions: If you let them know in advance they will cater for dietary requirements :)

Been here 4-5 times in the last couple of months to eat and drink. Incredible family friendly pub, staff are lovely, food is mind blowing and will make you want to return asap! Lovely warm setting with the log burners going. Great play area in the garden for children. Highly recommend this pub!!!

Went for a pre booked Sunday lunchAll OK the food served promptly my glass of red came in a cloudy glass that is a bit off putting ,not much choice for Rose only l type available, Sunday lunch fine but Yorkshire puds cold and our table next to the door a strange place to put a large table due to customers arriving constantlyBut we all ate and the kids enjoyed their food but it was a little confusing as our waitress asked us if they wanted desserts but we hadn't realised the were included in the price ! Staff pleasant

One of the best Sunday roast dinners I have had in any pub, roast potatoes especially were very very good. Our friend is lactose intolerant and you dealt with it brilliantly and we’re very kind.

Having booked for 8 to celebrate a milestone anniversary, it was only an off the cuff phone call to the pub to be abruptly told our table was cancelled due to a beer festival that wasn’t in place when this was booked ( about a week ago ) and all the lady could say on the phone was she just presumed we would have known our table was cancelled leaving us less than 48hrs to try and book in another table over the bank holiday!!! Slap dash communication to say the least
