Very affordable, friendly service and plenty of seating. An excellent stop for a brunch or similar!

Stumbled upon this on a walk through town. Had great tasting pancakes. 5 in a stack and a load of Nutella. They said if we wanted more Nutella just askCame back for an afternoon sandwich . Very accomodating for a fussy child lol. And the toasties were just as good as the pancake. Very friendly, great food and very good price. Def recommendKid-friendliness: Lots of options for young ones and very accomodating

We stopped here for pasties and a smoothie. The cafe looked basic and unassuming but the food did not disappoint. I had a lamb and mint and my partner had a traditional beef pasty. They were piping hot and very tasty. The raspberry smoothie was excellent. The staff were polite and efficient. All very reasonably priced. No frills. Definitely would recommend!

One of the must eat places our tour guide recommended in Burford. We had Vegetarian pasty (only veg option) - it was very good. Heard a lot of good things about their milkshakes and ice creams - couldn’t try them though as there was a long queue and we were in a hurry. Highly recommend!

Had a nice simple lunch (jacket potato), staff was friendly and efficient. Nice seating area at the back.

Love this cafe, amazing milkshakes, good food selection, not extensive but enough choice, child friendly, one of the few places that can cater for 3 children with different palates. Owner very friendly.Vegetarian options: Nice to have some decent pastiesnthat cater for vegetarians, I believe they have a vegan option too. I think the pasties are made in Cornwall and cooked on site (good thing), there are veggie paninis, sandwiches and various breakfasts/brunches availableKid-friendliness: Kids seem welcome, and free to be kids, trying to leave without buying sweets could be difficult. Milkshakes are a popular choice.

Terrible portion size. The one scoop was literally two mouthfuls. Flavour average.

If you want simple food ranging from pasties, bacon baps, toasties, sandwiches, salads, waffles, ice-cream etc to either eat in or take way, this is the place to come. The menu is exhaustive. Pleasant staff, quick service along with a 5* hygiene rating. We patronised this establishment every day during our 5-day visit to Burford. Couldn’t have done without it ! Highly recommended.
