Major issues at Bilash. All lies. Tell you one hour for delivery and consistently it’s two hours, never using them again. Untrustworthy. Don’t waste your time being lied to by Amin. They’re rude with zero customer service skills and excuses as long as their menu. Doubt they’ll be in business much longer.

Top class Indian this, we live in witney where there are loads of Indians but they seem to use chewy chicken or they don’t cook it right, 2 take away from BILASH and both times perfect!!!

One of the best takeaways iv eaten, I had chicken korma and for some reason tasted even better when I had the other half for breakfast the next day ❤️Parking: If they had a restaurant I'd be first to go.

Service was welcoming and reasonably quick for a Friday night on collection. Food was really good, so happy with our order--chicken tikka, bhuna, and passang was ordered for the three of us! It was really well spiced for our individual palates and the Portion sizes were incredible! :) The veg box was on the smaller side, and the mushroom rice wasn't quite as good as other places we've tried, otherwise it would of been 5 stars! Very very good overall will be returning!!!!

Ordered takeaway tonight and waited an hour, (reasonable on a Saturday night). All the dishes were cold, onion bhajees like hard toffee. Phoned to complain, offered a replacement but didn’t want to wait another hour, asked for a refund - no offer. Such a shame as we’ve been a customer for years? Bilash you have just lost a good customer. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOUR BUSINESS???
