Visiting Carterton with my wife, from North Manchester where we have many excellent Asian take away's' and restaurants I was very pleased and surprised to find Bilash take away on par with any back home. Service was first class and delivered spot on the time requested. As per expected cost of living has risen so much recently and take away's are no exception, however considering the quality of the food and service it more than made up for the small increase of the same order back home, especially Bilash version of a medium Madras Curry, my compliments to the chef, best we have had and on par with any Madras on the famous, Manchester, 'Rusholme Curry Mile' and Leicester Belgrave Curry Mile'.

Staying in our motorhome, Bilash was recommended by the site warden. The meal was delivered to the site, and I have to say it was exceptional!! The chicken tikka was the best I have ever tasted, and coming from the West Midlands I’ve tried a fair few! Only wish they were nearer to where we live.

This is a takeaway review. Firstly, six couples ordered and paid for food separately. All to be delivered to one person at the same address and time. We were each charged £4 delivery making the delivery charge £24! Secondly, the food was disappointing. Not a lot of flavour and almost all the chicken dishes had over cooked dry chicken. Never again.

I love Bilish! BUT my order yesterday fell well under par. The mushroom rice lacked seasoning and my curry was bland as a dishcloth where’s the salt!! Also hardly any sauce! The only saving grace were the onion bajhis. It’s put me off ordering from you again

No longer live in the area, but was visiting family and took the opportunity to have a take away from the best Indian we've ever had. Unfortunately, it fell very short!! Chicken Dansak was very mild and quite tasteless as was the Lamb Dansak...the Chicken tikka masala was lacking sauce and again not anywhere near as tasty as it was in yesteryear...very very disappointed. Shame.. This used to be an incredibly good Indian takeaway.

Without a doubt the best place to get a take-away in the OX postcode! Never too long a wait, and food always perfectly cooked and with good portion sizes. Highly reccomend!

You can always guarantee great food from here. Service is good but one dish was forgotten last home delivery but it was driven out to us later. Never had a bad meal from here.

Having had a family member just been diagnosed with coeliac was dubious about what takeaways would offer. I was not disappointed they guys were so helpful and accommodating. They made sure when my order went through it went through the to the kitchen on a gluten free order. Obviously nanns and pomadoms are out of bounds but curry's are good !

Bilash is a take away Indian cuisine located near the Leisure Centre in Carterton. You might have to wait on hold to get your order in but it’s quick service from there. We have experimented and experienced a good portion of the extensive menu and haven’t gone wrong yet! Take away or delivery has great service. Curry tonight!

Another fab veggie korma and nan only downside not enough green veg but still very tasty would highly recommend husband had a chicken curry and throughly enjoyed it

Great food, great service, great prices. The new on hold service on the phone is great as you just wait your turn and you don't have to keep ringing and get the engaged tone. We have never had any bad food from here. Would definitely recommend.
