This is based in an old Dorothy Perkins shop. It's big, lacks cosiness and echoes. I didn't want to spend much time here.

Rude barista. Asked for peppermint tea and was given breakfast teaUsed the same tongs for dairy cheesecake as a plant based one so contaminated food.

Went for coffee again in Chipping Norton Neros, against my better judgement from previous experience, thought I'd give it another go.The woman who served me was lovely, very friendly and very polite. My flat white coffee was so strong and tasted of old beans, left a disgusting taste in my mouth hours later. The food/snacks on offer did not look appetising at all, so left feeling hungry and very disappointed with my coffee. As for the clientele, it seems to attract only the elite housewives of the Chippy Set! No more comments on that in fear of being branded sexist!!Sorry Nero, 3rd visit now, disappointed each time, just not for me personally!!

Extremely rude staff, awful coffee. I hate complaining and feel very uncomfortable when I have to make any sort of complaint. But I was made the wrong drink, this was told to the server who made it and he made such a disgusted face. I was made to feel so uncomfortable.

A fairly standard Nero as far as food goes, but the atmosphere and aesthetic lift it above its peers. A lovely old fashioned coffee shop feel elevates it from its chain cafe status. Highly recommended for a break or a chat with mates.

Nice and quiet and the staff are great. I just feel like they need more people helping as at times it's busy and there seems to be only one person serving.

Good place for early morning coffee as it was the only place open at 8am on Sunday morning. We'll done

A very nice sleeper location to have a coffee and a chat. Though on the main street the depth of the building allows a more private conversation at the rear of the property. Parking right outside, though extremely busy, there is long stay parking a 2 minute walk away

Haven't been to Nero for a time. I now remember why. Wanted a cold drink, but staff didn't seem to know what was in each one, and looked irritated to be asked. Sicilian Lemonade sounded the safest bet, but most of the glass was filled with ice so no much actual lemonade. Round cake thing had no substance. WiFi er poor, hard to even connect. Won't be back unless there is nowhere else to go....
