This place closes at five thirty and we entered half an hour before the closing time. We were very welcoming and the guys made us feel very comfortable even chatting with us.The tea and scones we had was really nice and warmed up.Really nice cream and jam in good portions. We really enjoyed and recommend for future clients

Was actually looking forward to trying here. Read the reviews. All seemed good. But I left feeling very disappointed. I ordered orange juice which yes it was nice. BUT my first one, I ordered, had black bits floating around, so I asked for another one, and the waiter tutted at me and came back with another glass of juice and more or less slammed it on the table and asked me if that was better which I thought was rather rude how he came across. And to be honest, the food wasn't no better. Certainly, I won't be going back there, and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else going here.

This place is a hidden gem! Lovely breakfast and friendly staff! We came for breakfast so not sure what lunch is like but the staff are attentive and very friendly ? I had vegetarian breakfast and the sausages are lovely, proper veg sausages with actual vegetables inside not weird substitute cardboard sausages ? try it!Vegetarian options: Gorgeous sausages

An all round lovely restaurant in the heart of Chippy. Service is great and food is well priced and plentiful. Always enjoy coming here and highly recommend. Wish there were more places like this in the area, not overly complicated, just good food and a pleasant atmosphere.

Called in for a drink on a very hot afternoon. The service was swift and the staff were friendly and polite. Just had a scone to eat and it was freshly baked and large in size. There were just a couple of other people using the coffee house and so there wasn't a lot of atmosphere. One thing that was a credit to the coffee house was the restroom. It was clean and freshly washed/serviced.

A great place, with a great menu, competitive prices and excellent service. It's a lot bigger than it looks from outside, including a downstairs area and rear garden.

Just a lovely place for a breakfast. The staff is quick and really friendly. While enjoying breakfast here a lot of people pop in to get some coffee or something to eat, and the staff treat everyone lovely the full English was pretty good. Great start of the day.

Fantastic, a gem in the wolds! Friendly, authentic and unpretentious. We had coffee and cake (massive portion of baklava!), but the meals looked good too. Obviously a favourite with the locals and rightly so.
