We visited Wild Thyme with friends for a birthday. Food and service were both excellent, my favourite included the cauliflower cheese soup presented in a tea cup and venison with truffled potatoes as a main. Would definitely go back ?

Wild Thyme is perfect. The food, the service and the atmosphere are all incredible. 10/10. We were lucky enough to have our wedding reception here just before lockdown and we are so glad circumstances led us to Wild Thyme. As soon as restrictions are lifted we'll be back. If you're not sure whether to book, just do it, you won't regret it. We've eaten in many of the restaurants in the area, and this is by far the best.

The food here is consistently amazing. Beautifully cooked with the real skill of balancing flavours perfectly.Great wine list.Service is flawless. Relaxed but attentive without going too far in either direction.In all, a wonderful place that may well be the best place to eat for miles around and that's with a lot of good places in the area.

This place was such a little gem! The restaurant itself feels very homely, rustic & quaint. The food was unbelievable- such wonderful rich tastes. Love that the menu is relatively small, but the dishes they serve they have absolutely perfected!

We have eaten here a number of times whenever we find ourselves near Chipping Norton. Had lunch here today and it’s as good as ever, charming super friendly service, and the food still pretty faultless. This really is a strong recommendation given without reservation and a must visit if you are able.
