Amazing friendly service , i called to explain it was my nans 82nd birthday today and could they write a message for her and they did and also gave me 2 free gatlic pizza breads on the house . If your looking for good quality pizzas and a fair price this is the place to go :) jeep up the good work

I recently ordered some pizzas on line for a work lunch. The delivery time meant that I need to change the lunches at work from 12:30 to 12:45 to ensure they would arrive in time. They didn’t They arrived late which meant half the team went out for lunch and had gone by the time they had arrived. When they did arrive, albeit possibly 5-7 mins late, they weren’t hot So I spent £50 on like warm pizza that were late. Not happy to be honest. Think it’s poor service and time delays meant half were left so also a waste of my own money.

Avoid!! Was charged in full , but item's missing! barely spoken any English delivery driver only advised to call the store when he turned up without half the order and we had to ask where the other boxes were. Store didn't answer the phone to be able to chase this up, and the customer service help online took over a week to rectify with no appoligies or efficient customer service politeness! didnt make any contact regarding my issue, unless I chased them 2 times for each response.I was a customer who bought frequently, won't be coming back!!!! Plenty of other pizza places in didcot, use those instead.

I have never had to write and complain in the past 20 years about Dominos pizzas but unfortunately today I was very disappointed with what I received!! I ordered thin and crispy base but the base was so wafer thin it was like a sheet of paper. I also order extras which were mushrooms, onions and green and red pepper. At £1.80 for each extra that’s £5.40 in total . But the extras were very scarce in fact there was hardly any toppings or cheese. I’m bringing this to your attention Dominos as for the price of your pizzas even if it was in the meal deal ( quality should not be affected ) it is a very bad reflection on your reputation. I think you should check your qualify control, especially during busy periods. It could be that the chef forgot the extras ? But what excuse is there for the very Wafer thin base so thin you could almost see through it !!

This guy. Robert. He's the best person I've dealt with over the phone when ordering anything. In store even better. Friendliest fast food worker over ever met, and I eat out a lot in a lot of different places.I'm writing this review before eating the pizza. Let's be honest it's dominoes so it's probably going to be the same as anywhere else. It's a brand. But Robert's customer service was so unparalleled it warrants an immediate 5 star. If he's not a manager he should be!

I ordered a pizza to be delivered, and used the tracker so that I knew when it would arrive. The tracker said it had been delivered but nothing had arrived, so I phoned the store. The first person who I spoke to hung up, when I called back the man I spoke to said the driver had just left (he wasn't interested in my concern about the app). After another 30 minutes I phoned back and found out the man I previously spoke to was the manager - he did not care that my product had gone missing, no apology, no solution. Said the driver wasn't answering and I could either have a new pizza (an hour and a half after ordering the first one) or a refund which would take over 2 days to come. I went to the store to try and get a better solution and the manager spoke on his phone for most of my time there and ignored me. The driver came in and we discovered it went to the wrong address, he at least seemed apologetic. The manager still didn't seem to care about this - no apology, no solution, and therefore no pizza!! At least the fish and chips next door did the job, sold with a smile and they tasted great! I got my refund 5 days after this debacle.

We use Domino's all the time, because working hours mean we don't always have time to cook, but mainly because... we love them! ❤️ They have never let us down, and even on one occasion when something was forgotten on the order they arrived with it in minutes. It's always hot, tasty and delivered in no time.

There’s a reason why they change staff every week. Let that be a red flag and leave it at that. Support your locally owned shop. Not these clowns
