Cow Ln, DidcotWe pre-booked Boxing Day lunch for 5 of us, we arrived with one extra guest as their plans had changed and the staff could not be more accommodating, our additional guest ordered off the main menu and was added to our pre order without a problem. We had three courses and all the food was served hot and in good time. We were asked after each course if we were ready for the next, we did ask to wait between main and pudding because we were so full. The food was delicious and great value for money. The floor service and bar service was also exceptional, especially given how busy they were.

39 Orchard St, DidcotIf you’re anywhere near Didcot and love great pizza, Lusso is an absolute must visit. The pizzas here are genuinely the best in Didcot by far in my experience, perfectly cooked and clearly prepared with love, using top-quality ingredients that you can really taste.
The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and really helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, making it a great place to eat in, and enjoy a lovely meal.
And the portions…wow! You definitely won’t leave hungry! The portion sizes are huge, offering amazing value for money.
If you’re looking for fantastic pizza, great service, and a cosy place to eat, Lusso has always delivered every time!

110 Greenwood Way, DidcotSince the new ownership took over a few years ago now Fort Woks has become a real go to spot in Didcot for a good quality Chinese.
Fort Woks is always quick and efficient and the food is always spot on. Very generous portion sizes but maintains a real quality and taste.
Me and my partner had Fort Woks a few weeks ago for the first time in ages and again it was very good.
Ordered and delivered within around 45 minutes to 1hr, turned up very hot and had definitely just come directly from the restaurant.

32 Wantage Rd, DidcotI was invited to a dinner and, while thrilled, I kept my expectations low, thinking that my friend is exaggerating with his praise. The culinary experience blew my system - I felt one should not eat, but slowly enjoy the different tastes for appetizers with freshly made bread - to try to remember the distinctness of each aroma. Everything with sips from a great Raki prepared with plenty of water and ice. The main course I chose were medium rare lamb chops and I say they were the best I ever ate - melting in the mouth. For those I would preferred a rosé wine, but unfortunately they were out of Turkish brands. I still wanted to go full on the Turkish way and, a little reluctant, I accepted the owner's proposal for a white Turkish wine. Well, that wine went just fine with the juicy meat which didn't have the pronounced lamb aroma that many people dislike. To summarize: it was the BEST experience I had in a Turkish restaurant.

Very personal, Tracy even knows my drink order (even down to my specific amount of ice), all staff are very friendly. Great food for good prices munch. Good selection of non alcoholic drinks for people like myself who don’t drink but also great selection of alcohol if that’s what you fancy. Lots to do for children both indoor and outdoor.

The chicken was perfectly cooked – crispy on the outside, juicy inside – and the wings were packed with flavour. The chips were fresh, golden, and the perfect side. Everything tasted freshly made and really well-prepared.
The service was excellent too – friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The place itself was clean, tidy, and welcoming. Honestly one of the best takeaways I’ve had in a while. I’ll definitely be coming back! ☺️☺️

I order the chicken shish wrap with fries and it was incredible - the chicken was so soft and flavorful, and the fries crispy and fresh. It brought me back home to Turkey.

Chilton Garden Centre Restaurant
White Rd, Chilton, DidcotMy partner and I, came for the first time yesterday and enjoyed a lovely carvery experience. Staff were very professional and efficient in all aspects of the restaurant. It was a pleasure to be met by a friendly staff member on the till who was warm and welcoming. Although there was only beef available on the carvery, that itself was very good. We will be returning to experience the Christmas dinner! Would 100% recommend.

I had a bacon, Brie and cranberry hot sandwich which was Devine and hubby had a very generous ploughman’s board. Staff were really friendly, welcoming and chatty.
