Was absolutely disgusted and disappointed on how me and my partner were treated and served our food had barley any toppings on there and when we asked for more we where told we can’t or we had to pay bare in mind it was like scraping sauce from the empty pot our drink wasn’t severe till we had our food and was practically ready go 10/10 would never go there again

First time in a Kaspers and was really hoping for better! Tables left dirty and uncleared for the entire time we were there, people were sitting in the booths with food from other restaurants using the place to hang out in and no one seemed bothered, inside temperature was so hot I had to go outside and cool off a couple of times in February! Out of the 2 toilets the disabled and baby change had the light fitting hanging from the ceiling so no light at all and on top of that we had a 35 minute wait for a very basic order! If my son hadn’t have been so excited to try it and it being a special day for him I would have written it off and gone over the road to McDonald’s for a McFlurry! They really need to get their act together!

Popped in after dinner for a desert.Was reasonably quiet when we went, so we were served quickly.Staff were friendly and helpful.The place is bright and spacious and was clean and tidy

my wife Placed an order for a very bery Cherry sundae and a tripple chocolate fudge cake at 9pm on Tuesday 3rd October2023 through justeat. this was never delivered, instead it was cancelled and we did not know about it until just before 10pm on the 4th October 2023. I find this extremely disappointing, not to mention unprofessional - it should not take a full hour to deliver chilled and frozen products to customers only 1.5 miles from the kaspas didcot icecream parlour. neither should it take an hour to let the customer know their order was Not fulfilled. Kaspas forgot rules 1 and 2 in retail, give the customer what they asked for or if they are unable to fulfill an order notify the customer so they can collect their order..clearly Kaspas failed in both regards and if they do this with all their customers who order online then they may loose customers and business.Nd receive bad reviews!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is a mess. Went in today to get two milkshakes for myself and a friend. Had to explain to the server four times that I did not want whipped cream on either. Then he rings me up at the register, and asks if I want whipped cream on them. Wow. He then serves four other people before me. Has to use the blender seven different times for one shake. Twenty minutes later, they were ready. Neither was very good. One star.

Poor customer service( the lady was yawning when I placed my order). I wasn't impressed with the deserts ( ate better in other places). But hey, been there , done that. Won't come back again

One star was only because my granddaughter had her dessert first but then I had to wait nearly 30 mins for a coffee. Had to go to the counter twice to chase my order. Overpriced and place has no atmosphere. I'm going to avoid in the future. I don't usually give negative feedback without trying to offer advice to improve but not sure what would help, though could start with attentive staff.

At least half of the time a delivery will be delayed again and again. Sometimes they forget items. The other 50 it's really great.
