So I basically placed an order on Saturday 12th just gone. After waiting for over an hour for someone to knock on my door with my food, they never did!Im considered vulnerable and I live in a shared property so one of the other residents would’ve taken the food inside for me if I didn’t answer it myself. But there was NOT a knock or a doorbell sound whatsoever! I rang up about it but they decided to blame ME for it and asked me to ‘pick it up’ when I struggle to get out much as it is!Don’t get me wrong, I definitely like the food from papa johns. But I am not happy with this recent experience. Poor customer service. They won’t even refund me the £18 I spent! And that wasn’t even on a main pizza!

Absolute rubbish, the online system let's you order to Wallingford. After half hour I get an email saying there's a problem with the order, call them for them to say they don't actually deliver here! I hope I actually get my refund! Not hopeful after reading the reviews!

My last review was removed for some reason, but seeing Louise’s experience that mirrored my own, I felt compelled to make sure another warning about this lot went up.Like Louise, they took payment and sent an order confirmation. Like Louise they did not make my order.They lied to me about dispatch.Unlike Louise, When I eventually went there, with proof of payment and order confirmation, they still refused to honour my order.Like Louise, if there was an option for less than one star, they would firmly deserve it.

If I could give 0, I would. Ordered a delivery to Wallingford. An hour and a half later hadn't arrived. Rung and got told they could not see it on their system despite the money being taken from bank account and an email sent confirming order. Told we were the 2nd people that night it had happened to, but we would need to drive to Didcot to prove we had ordered it.Got to Didcot with proof and told they would not give us our pizza. Asked for manager and told them this was fraud. Suddenly they could make order. Disgraceful!
Staff are good and its open which is handy, perfectly fine pizza. My only issue is pizza comes with a "special garlic sauce" which does not taste of garlic and seems to be margarine... What's going on with that? Not good.

Pizza never arrived even though they are absolutely convinced they delivered it. Waited for an hour and a half, rang a few times chasing but they kept saying it’s on its way… to then say it’s been delivered. We have a ring camera and definitely no cars have driven past - no one has been here. They said they’d refund me but won’t send a confirmation email so will be shocked if I get my money back. Just chaos.

Genuinely quite a bit nicer than other papa John's places I've ordered from. The delivery was in the expected time, the delivery driver was friendly and polite, and the food was tasty and hot on arrival. I don't think you can ask for much more than that.Vegetarian options: Vegan options availableParking: There's a free pickup spot near the front that might have parking available if you're lucky. If not, park up at Sainsbury'sDietary restrictions: Vegan options available including vegan pepperoni
