Had a meal in the restaurant. Slow service and medium/well steak was rare. No apology and ages to get sorted. No atmosphere, cold and bland surroundings.Used to go to beefeater tied to old premier inn which was excellent, this however was definitely not.Food & drinks: Poor service, would not return

Last minute booking due to failings of another nearby hotel. The staff quickly found us a room with real disability adaptations that was really well thought out. Room was clean and nicely decorated with good lighting. If I could add just one thing to the shower room it would be a soap dish.

Based on edge of Didcot, was well situated for what I needed. Food was excellent and restaurant was busy, so probably worth booking. Check in was OK, and room on arrival, looked clean and as you expect from Premier Inn. Only issue was when I woke, I had 3 small bugs around the room, on the wall, in bathroom and side of bed, I did take pics and showed to reception, who are dealing with it. Don't think need to show here.First time ever, getting bugs, so hopefully Premier Inn will deal with appropriate.Otherwise the stay was up to usual standard.Hotel based off main road, but no issues with sleep or road noise.Breakfast is buffet style and all food was hot and fresh, small trays topped up regularly.

Ok for a couple of nights, the rooms looking a little tired, carpets worn and look old. Bathroom clean and tidy. The head board on the bed had a stain of probably grease, bed lights had cobwebsFood & drinks: The Apple cart attached to this hotel was ok , breakfast was Luke warm. Could do with a tastier menus for evening meals

Called for lunch on the way to ferry ⛴ food good and value for money ? recommendedCalled 8th October on way to ferry again hadn't booked but the staff found a table for us, very nice people.

Just about to check out from our two night stay. All in all very good - fast efficient check in, usual clean and tidy room etc. The room was very large compared to some other PI's We have stayed in. If anything negative to highlight was perhaps some of the corridors need a bit of TLC - Just looked a bit worn from foot traffic and woodwork hit by suitcases etc. That aside all was good - I'll leave a separate review for the adjoining Beefeater restaurant.
