Friendly staff and great paninis!Wheelchair accessibility: There is no wheelchair access. Two steps to enter cafe and more steps throughout. Tables very close together which makes it difficult for people to walk with mobility aids.

I love Caffe Nero, but particularly this one as the staff are so friendly and welcoming, I always go for the flat white because they're particularly good here.

Disappointed today . Flat white very average, and the cappuccino took so long that the flat white was tepid by the time it was ready

Very small cafe with limited seating.Toilet was out of action. The seating area was grubby and in need of a clean yet shop wasn't busy.Fridge for sandwiches is not operating correctly as it was noisy and in need of a repair. The fridge noise, coupled with the overly loud ambient music, makes chatting over a coffee hard work.Staff are pleasent but "extra hot" coffee was just warm. There are much better coffee shops in Henley.
