So good, loved the whole experience . Great value as you get fine dining innovation, but familiar flavours and decent portions. Me and my siblings had a wide range of things across the menu. Lots of extra touches like the after dinner pastels. We didn’t take any photos but that was because we were too busy eating . Luke was an excellent host and the team were friendly . Really nicely decorated too

First time visit for us and loved it! We were going to just rock up but glad we booked as it got busy fairly quickly. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. We had the three roasts (beef, pork belly and turkey), chicken wings and pork belly roast. I loved the cauliflower cheese and the extra little jug of gravy (which was proper gravy with so much umami flavour) The meat for each roast was cooked perfectly. We plan to visit again so we can try more of the food.

Never been to one of these before, didn’t know what to expect. Turned out just right for a hot skillet breakfast on a miserable rainy morning. Very friendly greeting, fast service, loved the really hot & tasty food. Clean, bit of a buzz going on inside. Nice surprise and will be back for another try.

Coincidentally I'd never gone here, I'd always gone to Istanbul and my friend only ever goes here and she told me its a must try, so I accompanied her. I had their lamb doner with cheesy chips, which isn't a thing but they made it for me and honestly sooo good. I can't recommend it enough. And omg the staff, they're so nice and friendly!!! Oh and you defo get more for your buck here. Will be my go to forever now xxxx

First visit for an early Saturday supper. We had a drink in the bar first and it was nice to see it's dog friendly. It took quite a while to be served though.We ate in the Conservatory which is very nice. The menu is small but different and very tasty. A lovely relaxed evening at the cheesy grape with my friend. We enjoyed the Christmas sausage roll and goats cheese with fig to start, followed by the charcuterie cheeseboard to share. Super friendly staff, who were happy to explain the cheeses when the board was served. Topped off with a lovely red wine served in a carafe-will definitely visit again.

Gorgeous authentically Italian aroma. As soon as you walk in the taste buds are stimulated and you begin to water at the mouth area but do not fear they have a sound supply of white tissues on hand to help! My pizza was questionably quirky, I requested no cheese and I won't hold it against them that they didn't understand and brought me cheese! Not a problem, it was sent back and a replacement was swiftly delivered into my piggy belly! Oink oink ;)

We visited here for lunch today after reading the great reviews on here, and I'm so glad we did. Excellent food and service. The place was spotlessly clean, the staff were very smiley, friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious.Having taken a chance on a different cafe in Henley for coffee in the morning and being thoroughly disappointed at such poor service, I'm so glad we took a chance on this place! We'll most definitely be back to try the pancakes at breakfast.

No one in my everlasting search has made, consistently, noodles this good.I can’t say anything about any of the other dishes, but with noodles this amazing why would I?!Believe me when I say I’ve searched far far far and wide to find some good Chow Mein.These noodles are the best thing about Henley.***EDIT***I’ve had the same noodle dish maybe seven times since this review (don’t judge me) - but having travelled the world, having tasted how a chow mein should be like, I definitely have the badge to say that these guys are amazing.This isn’t based on one review where a pissed up douche decided he needed some douche bag sweet and sour with his douche bag chips..this chick knows her noodles.These guys know what they’re doing.I’ve searched for the absolute best chow mein. On this visit we had good coffee, a deliciously tasty, warm sausage roll, a pot of tea and a slab of very good fruity flapjack. We went for dinner. I don't even know if the place has rooms, so this should probably be a pub review rather than a hotel. A gorgeous building with good staff, but the £38 rib eye steak did not represent value for money. In an area with superb meat suppliers this was mediocre. The whitebait were tiny and overcooked. The Merlot was good and a good recommendation.

Our first visit since AWT handed over the reins. Happily almost all the good things remain - cosy atmosphere, friendly service, the AWT burger and generous portions. It was the starters that really showed off the kitchen’s skills with the crab three ways the standout dish. Good burgers and lovely perfectly cooked halibut were highlights of the main courses, but the star turn was the fabulous crunchy wagyu chips. Perfect. Good selection of wines starting at about £22/bottle and epic gin list.
